Top quality hotel in the centre of Verbier
Pros:

Top quality hotel in the centre of Verbier. I've stayed here several times before an will certainly plan to return. Comfortable room, great views all round, pleasant bar and spa and lovely helpful people

Cons:

The restaurant was closed in the evening when I was there but there are plenty of good restaurants within a five-minute walk

Overpriced
Pros:

Good location & great breakfast. Very nice staff at the reception and for the breakfast service.

Cons:

Old fashioned - still need to hand over the room key every time you leave the hotel, furnitures are old. The hotel director is borderline rude and way too familiar with some of the staff members even if they are related, it doesn’t look professional. Also the restaurant and bar were closed which isn’t really acceptable for a 4* hotel at that price.

Staff need to all be trained in hospitality and the concept that the customer should be listened to and not argued with ... perhaps saying hello when you arrive at the restaurant would be a good start!
