Amplitud de la habitación (suite), la comodidad de la cama, vistas, el desayuno en el jardín. La tranquilidad.
Me parece un hotel muy caro, teniendo en cuenta el lugar en el que está y lo que ofrece. Los productos del desayuno son muy básicos, igual que los del baño. Hay un hervidor de agua en la zona común pero solo ofrecen té negro (lo mismo pasa en el desayuno).
La ducha no funcionaba bien, necesita una reparación; el inodoro tenía la tapa medio suelta… Los muebles son viejos y poco prácticos, con olor a humedad. Se echa en falta una mesa alta en la habitación y también vendría bien un ventilador en el techo pues el balcón es insuficiente para refrescar la habitación.

Reservamos la suite, que es como tener un mini palacio para ti, una auténtica maravilla. Vigas, piedra vista, estucado rojo, decoración de época… precioso.
Los desayunos me encantaron, muy completos, zumo natural y vistas a la montaña.
El “palacete” en sí era precioso, y las habitaciones que pudimos ver, eran todas muy bonitas.
Por último pero no menos importante, Lorena fue muy atenta y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos.
La ubicación en el sentido de que está subiendo una pequeña montaña y es una pedanía en la que no hay nada, con lo que tienes que salir a cenar (aunque vimos a unos huéspedes que se compraron picnic y lo tomaron en la pérgola, buena idea) y conducir a la vuelta, puede dar un poco de “cosa”.
El entorno, tranquilo y con unas vistas espectaculares. El hotel, muy acorde con el entorno, un antiguo palacio con toda su esencia y encanto. Y Lorena, la chica que se ocupaba de que todo estuviese en orden, un 10, profesional, amable, agradable, disponible si la necesitabas, y preparaba unos desayunos deliciosos. ¡Gracias, Lorena!
Me hubiese gustado, por poner algún pero, que hubiese habido posibilidad de servicio de comida o cena puesto que en el pueblo no hay ningún bar ni restaurante para ello sin necesidad de salir de él.
El entorno muy bonito. El trato de Lorena fantástico hizo la,estancia muy agradable. Desayuno estupendo.

Breakfast was nice, if a bit bread-heavy.
Beds were quite stiff, and there was no staff after 4pm.

Beautiful room, lovely alfresco breakfasts, Claudia the owner was so kind and helpful, booking restaurants & delivering wine for us.
It’s very remote so you need a car to get to the nearest village Panes (only 5 minutes) for dinner in the evening. You can walk down in the day but too dark at night.
Gorgeous mountain views and a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
