Clean rooms but turnover of rooms not quite right.
Pros:

Clean decent size room. Good shower.

Cons:

First room wasn't turned over so had to change. Staff sorted straight away. I was lucky as this was supposed to be an online check in with no staff. Hotel should make sure any rooms allocated are ready.

Pros:

I liked the location. Considering it was on a busy road it was nice and quiet. I would not stay more than 2 days though.

Cons:

I did not like the shelf check in system. The code was not working. Luckily I found a member of staff at the end to give me a new code. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bathroom was not in good shape and very tight space when sitting on the toilet.

Good location, good money value, helpful staff. Cleaning needs to be improved.
Pros:

For us it was a very good location. Staff were very helpful, replies to our messages were very fast, small issues were sorted quickly. Bedding and towels was clean.

Cons:

We had two rooms. The only down point was cleanness. The bathroom was quite mouldy, the rooms were dusty. And there was someone else's hair in the bathroom.

Nice average stay if you don’t care much about the room.
Pros:

Had warm water, private bathroom, free wifi and location was good everything was nearby, they gave us an extra hour for checkout, had clean spare towels in the cupboard, no strange odour.

Cons:

Had difficulty finding parking nearby, there was no staff when we checked in. The room wasn’t clean enough, there were dirty towels in the toilet and we couldn’t find anyone on the reception to ask for help with cleaning. The room was a bit small for two double beds and there wasn’t any more space other than to move around them.

A prolonged stay of approximately one month and ten days.
Pros:
