Belvilla Ilford Station Hotel, 4 min from Elizabeth line

Reservamos el hotel para 4 personas 2 adultos y 2 niñas de un año le solicitamos 2 cunas. Y cuando llegamos a la habitación no habían cunas la habitación toda sucia con polvo las camas rotas y con suciedad el baño sucio apenas había iluminación en la habitación entrabas al hotel y olía a maríhuna, buscaba a un recepcionista no había la recepción parecía que estaban de fiesta con botellas de cava tirado latas de refresco por todo lados en simple palabras el hotel parecía que estaba. Abandonado

Filthy , smelly room , dirt and dust everywhere , cigarette ashes in a coffee mug , noisy room and the list goes on.This hotel has to be shut down. There is no one is to help you. Check in system is pathetic.

I don’t like how close it is to main roads - i could hear cars very clearly at night even when the window was closed

Da vi ankom var værelset beskidt og det lugtede af død rotte og kloak. Gangene lugtede at hash. Der var intet personale at komme i kontakt med. Selv med det telefonnummer der blev oplyst sagde den enten "nummeret eksisterer ikke" eller der var opdaget, alt efter hvilken telefon vi forsøgte at ringe fra. Selv igennem booking.com kunne vi ikke komme i kontakt med hotellet.

Everything was dirty smelly and moldy

Where do I start? First room stank of smoke and had a cushion that looked like it had never been cleaned. I was given another room. No cigarette smoke, but an equally dirty cushion. Wet dirty towels from the previous guest beside the bed. The bathroom was a horror show. The toilet brush has clearly never been cleaned but was certainly used often. There were hairs in the shower from the previous guest. Marks on the walls, pieces of toilet paper stuffed into random holes in the walls. A wall socket with a hole burned in one of the receptors. I paid for 7 nights. Stayed for only one and despite all of the above issues being documented haven’t acknowledged my right to a refund for the fact that the basic terms of care and service weren’t met.

👎🏽👎🏽Very dusty place. From the reception to corridors going to the room. The floors have old carpets that make the dust situation even worse (smell of dump, humidity + dusty everywhere).

My sister and I both got flu due to the amount of dust.
Even the room kettle and TV were covered in dust. We had to clean before touching anything...

😒The beds are really uncomfortable. You can feel the base of the bed through the thin mattress😅

The duvet is thin too (due to age I guess)... this would not have been a big deal if the dust was not so bad.

The carpet was dirty, the bed was very old, and the small mattress was completely worn out and really uncomfortable. There was no kettle, coffee, or fridge, and the TV was very small with no channels to watch. Overall, the room was extremely small. I only managed to sleep for two hours, so I left at 8 a.m. and couldn’t stay for the second night. Unfortunately, I also didn’t receive a refund.
