Buena ubicación. Precio acorde. Cómodo.
Pros:

Amplío departamento. Cómodo para 4 personas. Tiene lo necesario para comer allí. Tiene bandeja de desayuno gratis. La ubicación es buena para ir caminando al centro de día. El metro bellas artes está cerca. De noche la zona no es linda.

Cons:

La zona de noche no es muy linda. Te recomiendo tomar un coche para salir de noche o pedir delivery.

Is good for its value , however the did not re fund my deposit until I requested , alway is dine after they check the room , in this case they did not , a bit suspicious I wondered how many passengers never got it back with out noticing , no good …. No nice , honesty is Paramount , place condition location ….. happy

Pros:

Lo más impactante es la calidad de las terminaciones, muebles, luces. Todo es impecable y con mucho respeto a mantener la línea arquitectónica original. Alto nivel. El desayuno está bien resuelto, te dejan una bandeja en la habitación a la tarde, muy completa y con alimentos de calidad. La ubicación durante el día es muy transitada, con barrios muy cercanos como Bellavista, Patronato, Mercado Central, Bellas Artes, Lastarria. Muy caminable.

Cons:

La ubicación de noche puede ser un poco solitaria. Recomendable llegar en auto hasta la puerta. Te puede llegar a tocar habitaciones uno o dos pisos por escalera.

Good value, excellent location, needs improvements in noise insulation and housekeeping organization
Pros:

A very solid choice if you are looking for a simple, well-located apartment in Santiago with good value for money. The location in Bellavista is truly excellent: many of the city's most important sights are within easy walking distance, including the Museo de Bellas Artes and Arte Contemporáneo, the Museo de Arte Precolombino, Casa Colorada, the bohemian quarter of Lastarria, Cerro Santa Lucía, and the funicular up Cerro San Cristóbal. Exploring the city from here is extremely convenient. The apartment itself was straightforward but functional and well equipped for self-catering. There were plenty of power outlets on all walls. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. Overall, the accommodation offers very good value for the price.
A special mention goes to the reception staff: friendly, professional, and available 24/7. Communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly, the staff spoke good English, and they were happy to help with practical matters such as ordering a taxi to the airport or lending us an iron. All in all, a reliable place in a prime location.

Cons:

There are several aspects that could be improved. Our room was quite noisy, as it was located directly next to the staircase and corridor. Especially at night, this became disruptive when guests returned from evenings out, making it difficult to sleep.
The breakfast is acceptable for the price, but very basic: four slices of toast, two portions of jam, two portions of butter, two raw eggs to cook yourself, and orange juice. It might be better to offer guests the option to decline breakfast altogether rather than including it by default.
Room cleaning often took place in the late afternoon, which coincided with our return to the apartment while getting ready for the evening. This made the timing inconvenient and suggests that housekeeping schedules could be better organized by management.
Finally, the handling of bathroom toiletries was disappointing. Shampoo and soap provided by the hotel were removed by housekeeping after our first use. When we asked for replacements, they were provided only reluctantly, and we were informed that we should technically pay for them. This felt unnecessarily unfriendly and inconsistent with standard hotel practice.
