According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Our pools and gym are open by scheduling at the reception. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Estoy aún aquí por 7 días donde 6 vengo a trabajar y tomé uno final para descansar un poco. Resulta que este último día se han puesto a hacer trabajos con gran ruido al frente descansar mi habitación. Yo entiendo que los hoteles tengan que hacer trabajos sin embargo avisas a los huéspedes o los cambias. En este caso, me despertaron muy temprano y tienen los trabajos al frente de mi puerta. Al reclamar la indolencia de la persona que atiende es impresionante, ni siquiera un “disculpe las molestias”, sólo un “los trabajos seguirán todo el día”. No se condice con la reputación de Radisson en el mundo. Una experiencia muy mala para un hotel que tiene un nombre relevante. Me voy mañana y no pude descansar gracias a Radisson a pesar de haber pagado bastante

Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos, banheiro e piscinas deixaram a desejar.
As piscinas estavam com restos de comida e latas de cerveja dentro delas, as cobertas estavam com manchas de sujo e precisei pedir para limpar o quarto

É a quinta vez que me hospedo lá e esta foi a pior experiência. Decepcionada.

O atendimento da equipe é muito boa. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, com bastante variedade, embora o café em si não seja bom. A localização é ótima.

Cons:

A cama era péssima, uma virada de lado fazia muito barulho nas molas. A cortina não bloqueava a claridade totalmente. Muito barulho no corredor, aparentemente teve entrega de refeição de madrugada e o carrinho da refeição fazia muito barulho. Embora o café da manhã seja gostoso, o café preto é ruim. Além disso, várias opções não são repostas ao longo do horário do café da manhã. Passei todas essas informações na recepção do hotel. Espero que melhorem.

Boa opção na Vila Olímpia. Próximo ao Shopping Vila Olímpia e JK Iguatemi. Estacionamento incluso e de fácil acesso.

Cons:

As instalações são um pouco antigas. Sofá-cama não é muito confortável.
