Please note, guests must present the Booking.com confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guests first and last name.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Our pools and gym are open by scheduling at the reception. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Staff are great, location is great, rooms are nice, breakfast was OK
Pros:

Staff were amazing, really lovely and so helpful. Can't do enough for you. They were really sweet with my daughter too which goes a long way. Location was great and convenient. Easy to get an uber from the hotel to wherever needed. Didn't have dinner there was the restaurant is nice venue and the menu looked good

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but I think it would have been good to have mixed it up a little day to day, we struggled for lactose free options and there were a lot of flies on the fruit one of the days.
Room was lovely but needed some maintenance, towel rail was broken, fridge was broken and leaked.

Pros:

Atendimento e cordialidade, desde nossa chegada na recepção com o excelente atendimento do Milton e Wesley e durante toda nossa estadia no final de semana . Localização excelente e quarto muito confortável.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. A localização é muito boa, ao lado do shopping Vila Olímpia, o café da manhã é de altíssima qualidade, quarto confortável e aconchegante, área de lazer, academia e piscina ótimas!

Cons:

Achei um pouco estranho a mesa de trabalho ao lado do banheiro. Só um pequeno detalhe, mas que pode ser mudado no futuro.
