We were very happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn and enjoyed Oswego in general.
Pros:

All of the staff with whom we had contact were terrific! The place was clean and the room was comfortable and well laid out.

Cons:

the mattresses were a little soft.
The signage to know when to turn was unclear.
The parking lot needs clear handicap parking signs.
The showers need a grab bar.
There needs to be a wheelchair cutout to the sidewalk from the back parking area.

Highly recommend for location and value. Will be using on next trip there.
Pros:

The staff greeted us when we arrived and I felt my travel stress disappear. We had a request for an additional cot in our room and it was brought to us when we needed it. The children traveling with me had forgotten some travel essentials and the desk staff quickly helped them out without question. The breakfast and breakfast room staff were very pleasant and quick to help. Pool was a nice extra and the hot tub was perfect.

It was ok
Pros:

Decent location. Toilet broke early morning. Tried to go to front desk but person working was in back room sleeping and wouldn’t wake up. Ended up finding a very nice man making breakfast to help.

Cons:

Cleaning could have been better in the bathroom.

Off the Beaten Path
Pros:

Check in was good, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is away from the city center, but not too far. They have the good coffee machines, which is always a plus. They had something on the breakfast bar that I had never seen, empanadas, which were pretty good.

Hotel was just OK
Pros:

This hotel was just OK. It is a rather small Holiday Inn. The check in and check out experience was good. The complimentary breakfast was fair at best. Coffee was good. Floors in the room were not clean.... carpet was stained and dust was gathered around the base of the bed. Bathroom was clean. Just glad we only had a reservation for one night.
