A nice place to stay and close to airport in Lafayette

The room was clean when I checked in

If you could add a small coffee maker in each room. It would be a nice addition to each room.

1.The over night staff lady is very rude and has 2% customer service.
2.The hallway smells bad.
3.The random people in parking lot/property looks homeless.
4.Loud people staying across the hall.

The keys didn’t work to my room three times, so my room had to be switched. Then the toilet stopped working properly for no reason.

The drug addicts, the weed smell, the other staff, the lack of advertised amenities and no handicap accessibility. My entire family was uncomfortable. We will be seeking legal action against Wood springs suites and booking.com. This whole experience was very traumatic.
