I will be requesting my money back
Pros:

Nothing. I left after 2 hours and booked a new hotel.

Cons:

It smelled like a campfire. There were people just wandering the halls. I didnt realize someone was murdered just a couple months before. The beds were like at camp. The facilities were run down. I did not feel safe.

I stayed there once, but never again.
Pros:

The staff was courteous and helpful. The parking lot was well lit. Lots of signage.

Cons:

The room was not anywhere close to the photos on the website... old and dated The 2nd floor smelled on marijuana.

Pros:

I like nothing about it.

Cons:

I was itching all night I think my sheets wasn’t clean, the tv didn’t work. The property is located near a train track so when a train passes it’s loud, elevator was dirty, guests leaving the back door opened, an aminal could’ve ran inside building. It definitely didn’t give fresh, comfortable, relaxation, I was about to ask for my money back and leave but front desk was gone for the night.

Cons:

30 minutes into my stay, housekeeping used a key without knocking to open the door. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The towels were stained. At 10:30 the day of checking out, housekeeping knocked on door to clean even though check out isn’t until 11. Would not recommend.

I will never stay here again. Waste of money.

I booked a two bed online. When I got to town after driving for 7 hours I was given a room with only one bed. Then I told the lady at the desk I needed two beds for myself and my disabled son who is 22. She had an attitude problem and sighed and said it's notnher fault and that I can not have a refund when I asked for one. Then she put me in a two bed and charged me more money. Then in the middle of the night theirbwas a fight in the parking lot between a woman and a man. They were yelling. She sounded drunk and it went on for over an hour. My daughter was kidnapped and I had court the next morning. I am blind in my left eye and have sight loss in the right. I do have glasses but I have night blindness, two cataracts and vision loss. The room lighting was very poor and the beds are on cots like at girl scout camp. They are extremely high off the ground and dangerous for someone with a disability.
