快適
Pros:

毎年利用しており、いつもはベッドの汗臭やバスタブの詰まりなど、どんどん不快に感じる事が多くなり利用を悩んでいたが、今回はとても清潔感のある部屋になっており快適だったので、また利用したいです。

また大分来た時には予約したいと思いました！
Pros:

駐車場の予約ができないことを知らずにメッセージで予約のお願いをし、ホントは予約はできないことをメッセージにて説明受けたうえで、でもご到着が夜遅くになることを考慮して、今回は予約を受けてくださいました。
ありがとうございました！

Cons:

受け取り方の問題かもしれませんが、同じ方ではないと思うのですが、駐車場件でお電話くれたスタッフさん、また、1泊の予定でしたが、連泊しようかと迷い、朝フロントでもう1泊するとどのくらいかかるのかと説明を受ける時も、どちらも男性スタッフさん、あまり愛想がなくて、少し圧を感じました。自分も接客業をしているので、声のトーンてホント大事だな。と改めて感じさせられました。
