Limpieza escasa, habían cucarachas. El inodoro perdía agua. El tv no funcionaba

Our stay was extremely disappointing for several reasons:
* If you are taller than 1.90 m, it is basically impossible to sleep in the bed. The bed frame is so high and the bed so small that your feet have no space at the end.
* Even if you are slim, getting into the shower is very difficult. Inside the shower there is almost no space, making it hard to wash properly.
* The shower water was either too hot or too cold – there was no way to adjust it to a comfortable temperature. On the last day, there was no hot water at all.
* The entire bathroom is so small that you can barely move normally.
* The air conditioning does not work properly. You cannot adjust the direction of the airflow anymore, so it blows directly on you all night.
* There was a construction site right in front of the window. Starting at 5:00 a.m., the noise was so loud that sleeping was impossible. Not only the construction, but also staff talking loudly outside the door early in the morning made any rest impossible.
* The listing on Booking stated daily cleaning. We stayed 4 days and the room was not cleaned a single time. Only the towels were changed once – and they were completely unusable as they did not absorb any water.
* Overall, the room was very run-down and not clean. We felt extremely uncomfortable during our stay.
We have stayed in many different accommodations, and in our opinion the price-performance ratio here is particularly poor.
In summary, this accommodation did not meet expectations at all.
Todo limpio y cómodo
Son casos fortuito , pero había una reparación de la calle, con ruido todo el día toda la noche a fecha en el descanso .
Pues las camas eran cómodas
Había cucarachas por montones y era desagradable. Un día nos quedamos sin luz y aire acondicionado.
Está muy bien ubicado, ya que estás cerca de la zona de ambiente, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para que no te moleste el ruido ni la fiesta. La cama es cómoda y la cocina bien equipada para hacer cosas sencillas.

Ok so before the owner starts to say that you get what you pay do not expect luxury etc.. classic words.. No I actually did not, I was expecting a less neglected place where it was worth a 30 solid dolars not an unventilated room with a bad old smell, with an AC that blows bad smell and a bathroom cabin that you can not absolutely fit(I’m 175cm btw and 80 kgs) , coackroaches in the bathroom and the room lingering around like they are on a vacation permitted by the owner.
Briefly, the owners’ mentality here clearly is just , “it is a cheap place so I do not need to care about it and make it better “ the place is neglected big time. I found better places for the same money in the town. Do not waste your money here . If the owner disagrees with my words I will just recommend him to travel more so he can see how other people run amazingly good the same range ho(s)tels and what kind of ho(s)tel administrations exist for the same price-basic and simple places-but cared with love for work .

Pocos utensilios para cocinar. Algunos sin funcionar. La ducha del baño salía demasiado caliente o demasiado frío, imposible un punto medio

Large comfortable studio appartment with balcony and sea view, close to the centre but away from the noise. Well equipped with ice cold aircon and piping hot shower. Good value for money and a very pleasant stay.
The building works are still ongoing. Not too obtrusive but definitely irritating and clearly beyond the hosts control. It was the only reason I didn't give Sun Haven a 10.
По вказаним контактам ніхто не відповідає навіть в час який вони самі вказують. Посуд важайте відсутній, він давно потребує заміни, гарячої води нема, багато що зломано від пульту до кондеціонера до зливного бачка в туалеті.
