Pros:

Auch beim zweiten Besuch hier, bei Canterbury Hotel Cottages and Apartments, ist mir besonders aufgefallen, dass das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.
Es ist meine erste Adresse in Canterbury und ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Un peu reculé du centre, mais avec l'avantage d'être au calme.

Lovely old fashioned cool building, perhaps needing a bit of attention. Fairly priced, breakfast was good and serice was lovely. Parking included and fair check out / check in times

Pros:

The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the walled City so this means it's fairly quiet, although there is a main road, and you get free parking. The breakfast is excellent and there is a lovely garden at the back. For me whilst working it was a real home from home - there's a Waitrose within a 5 min walk.

Excellent quality and value just a short walk from the city centre. Best value in Canterbury - do not miss out!
Pros:

The size of this apartment is HUGE! Felt very private and quiet, in spite of its close proximity to a main road. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Reception staff were really friendly. Booked for an overnight stay but would be very comfortable for a longer trip - would definitely book again

Pros:

Nice quiet location, the cottage was nice and warm.

Cons:

There were no bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms and only one in the other bedroom. The shower did not stay in the fixed position. There was a slug making its way up the bathroom wall which came up behind the sink pipes which were quite dirty.

Would stay here again without question
Pros:

Brain (think that was his name) the chap on reception was an absolute gent, super friendly, personable and helpful. A really nice guy and made all the difference welcoming me in after a few long days. He is an asset to your establishment and took a real interest in your customer - Me.

L’emplacement et en même temps le calme. L’ambiance et l’ accueil chaleureux.
Au petit soin avec nous. Ça change de l’a vieil de nos hôteliers en France.

Pros:

Nice traditional hotel, comfy bed, warm, handy for city centre

Cons:

Not a problem for us, but the hotel should do something with its central heating controls - it was much warmer th as n necessary. You can turn radiators down in the room, so OK, but the landing was like a sauna
