Zeer onvriendelijke manager en receptioniste.

Ligging tov stad

Cons:

We hadden helaas bij onze 2e overnachting een zeer nare aanvaring met de receptioniste en de manager.
Bij onze eerste overnachting 2 dagen ervoor is 1 paspoort onder hun kopieermachine blijven liggen.
Hierdoor moesten wij terug naar Canterbury om het paspoort op te halen. Er ontstond een zeer ongepaste discussie in het hotel dat het allemaal onze eigen schuld etc was. Vooral de manier waarop en de houding v manager en receptioniste van die ochtend zijn voor ons een reden om hier nooit meer terug te komen..
Geen enkel gevoel voor gastvrijheid.

Pros:

The apartment was bigger than we expected. It's a 20 min walk to the city centre. It's got a beautiful green space at the back to sit. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

There is a homliness about it, but it could really do with a lick of paint and a deep clean!

Il cottage era immerso nel verde, ampio e silenzioso..È dotato di tutto l'occorrente e dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato.

Cons:

Nella stanza da letto nel sottotetto sarebbe opportuna avere l'aria condizionata.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 2 Pärchen, die auf der Heimfahrt einen Zwischenstopp in Canterbury gemacht haben
Pros:

Das Canterbury Hotel ist ausgesprochen hübsch. Der Garten ist ein Traum, in dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann und einfach die Natur genießt. Das Personal war extrem aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend.

Es gibt nichts zu beklagen

Der schöne Garten, ein Traum.
Das Bett war komfortabel und es gab einen Aussenpool.
Parkplätze waren auch direkt vor Ort.
Hunde sind in den Appartments und im Garten willkommen.
Wir wurden umgebucht in ein Appartment hatten vorher das Doppelzimmer

Cons:

Für uns nocht ersichtlich das im Doppelzimmer Hunde nicht erlaubt sind., also mussten wir einen Aufschlag zahlen.

Leuk traditioneel hotel, maar het ontbijt kan een update gebruiken en sommig personeel een extra cursusje effecient werk
Pros:

Ligging! Mooie hotel, mooie tuin erachter.ontvangst super! Prima parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Ontbijt was niet echt top, al hadden we dat van anderen wel gelezen. Om alles moest gevraagd worden. Waren vooral druk met heen en weer lopen met 1 glas of 1 bordje.

Ideal für eine Nacht, Parkplatz vor dem Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr grosses Appartement, Badezimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer geräumig. Wir waren im Untergeschoss, war schön kühl, sehr ruhige Gegend.

Cons:

Die zahlreichen Spinnen und Spinnennetze und ebenso zahlreichen Moskitos im Zimmer.

Unfortunately the property was tired

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

It was tired and could do with some proper cleaning the breakfast room carpet could of done with a steam clean and the bedroom could of been all hoovered where the bedside table was it was clear that a proper hoover had not been done.
