Pros:

Wir hatten ein Cottage gebucht und es hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Wir hatten uns zusätzlich noch das Frühstück vor Ort mit dazu gebucht. Die Auswahl war sehr gut und es wurde auch sofort nachgefüllt, wenn etwas leer war. Die Lage ist auch super, in wenigen Gehmiinuten ist man an der Canterbury Kathedrale. Es stehen am Hotel kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Personal am Empfang ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A good option to visit Canterbury

Fantastisch verblijf
Pros:

Het is een heel charmant hotel. Wij sliepen met ons gezin met 3 kinderen in een heel aangename, ruime cottage. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Het zijn zeer comfortabele bedden, ruime kamers en zelfs 2 badkamers.
Wat we niet wisten was dat we ook gebruik mochten maken van de hot tub. Heerlijk! De locatie was ook perfect. Heerlijk rustig. Er is ook een grote, mooie tuin waar onze kinderen graag speelden. En Canterbury is een heel leuke stad met veel mooie parken e.d.

Cons:

Het servies dat in de kasten stond was niet zo proper... Door de vorige huurders? Of werd het niet zo goed afgewassen in de vaatwasser? Het toilet boven spoelde ook niet goed door, maar dit hebben we doorgegeven aan de receptie. Verder was alles heel oké.

There was a movement-activated light in the hall. I did not know how to deactivate this.

Pros:

We verbleven in een cottage in de tuin van het hotel. Misschien wat gedateerd, maar wel charmant, ruim en alles aanwezig. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats en is gunstig gelegen. Met een kwartiertje lopen ben je in het centrum van Canterbury.

Cons:

De douchekop bleef niet goed meer hangen en schoof naar beneden.

Unser bester Stopp auf UK Reise
Pros:

Zentrale Lage , alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, historisches Gebäude mit Charme, kostenloses Parken nach Registrierung direkt vor der Unterkunft, Zimmer geräumig, gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer ebenfalls. Das Hotel liegt hat eine gepflegten Garten, eine schöne Bar und man erhält ein gutes, reichliches Frühstück. Für Insider der englischen Bauweise: das Fenster war vollständig zu öffnen, so dass wir trotz Wärme angenehm schlafen konnten. Gerne wieder.

Lovely Stay here
Pros:

Lovely, quaint Country House Hotel with the most beautiful, quiet grounds to sit and have a drink in. Our room was very comfy and nice and quiet. The breakfast room was beautiful with a great buffet (hot and cold). Very near the Centre of town and free parking in the grounds. We enjoyed meeting Harry on reception and the lovely lady at Breakfast the next day. We really enjoyed our stay here 😊

Cons:

The water pressure in the Bath and hand Shower was very low (room 11).
