기대치 않았는데 돌 아기랑 잘 쉬고갑니다
Pros:

주말에 남원 근처에서 가족 행사가 있어 예약하게 되었습니다. 직원분이 너무너무너무 친절하셔서 돌 된 아기랑 함께 방문했는데 불편함 없이 하루 잘 묵다 갑니다. 침대랑 침구 세트가 아늑해서 어른들은 침대에서 자고 아기는 요 깔아서 재웠어요. 호텔가면 카펫 바닥 때문에 기어다니는 아기가 편히 쉬기 어려운데 여기저기 기어다니면서 아기도 어른들도 너무 만족스러운 휴식이었습니다. 가습기랑 아기 침대 가드 빌려주신다고 했는데 가습기만 대여했어요. 다음엔 다른 식구들도 더 데리고 와서 쉬면 좋을 것 같아요. 강이 보이는 뷰인데 하필 꽃샘추위가 와서 문을 열어두진 못했지만 간만에 기분 좋은 뷰였습니다. 객실이 넓고 쾌적했구 아침 조식이 가짓수는 솔직히 많지 않았는데 추어탕이 정말정말 맛있었어요. 남편이랑 저랑 추어탕을 진짜 좋아하는데 서울에서 무슨 맛집이라고 하는 추어탕집보다 맛있었어요.. 남편이 다음 가족 행사는 또 언제냐고 물어보더라구요. 여기서 또 추어탕 조식 먹자고ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 벚꽃 필 무렵 오면 참 좋을 것 같습니다.

최고 남원 숙소, 컨싱턴
Pros:

주요 관광지와 가까워서 도보를 이용하여 야간에 산책을 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요!! 남원의 야경을 편히 즐겼습니다^^ 체크인시 응대해주신 공석인 호텔리어분이 너무 친절한 리조트 내 시설과 이용밥법 안내로 더 편하게 쉴 수 있었어요~~ 지하 편의점과 조식이 기대 이상이여서 더욱 행복했습니다^^

🥹 냉장고에 1.5L 페트병에 물이 담겨있는데 새건지 잘 모르겠어서 뭔가 마시기 찝찝
🥹 6인 예약하면 6인 침구가 당연히 방 안에 다 있을 줄 알았는데, 체크인 처리가 돼야 2인분의 추가침구를 갖다주는 시스템이라 추가 침구와 수건 받는 데 한 시간정도 기다렸음. 워낙 늦은 밤에 일손이 없어 어쩔수 없는 면은 있었음

오래된 숙소인 것같은데, 깨끗하게 잘 관리하고 직원분들 친절하셨어요 리조트내 주차가 숙박당 1대만 가능해서 그게 좀 아쉬웠어요 아침조식은 추천합니다 추어탕 비밤밥 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었네요

Hotel at the riverside, beautiful promenade
Pros:

A little outdated hotel with windows that could be cleaner. Rest is tidy, facilities with kitchen in the room and microwave on the common floor are ok. Parking is free for hotel guests. Nice staff. A nice promenade with light show and a little waterpark close by, restaurants are nearby, too - good and beautiful location at the river!

Cons:

We have booked for two adults and three kids, but there were only facilities for four persons (sheets, chairs), and concerning kitchen equipment, even less. Furthermore, within the hotel communication (e.g. offers for meals) kids under 8 are allowed, but in the process on booking.com the minimum age was 8. Luckily, this did not matter to the hotel.
