очень удобное территориальное расположение - неприлично близко к метро и месту начала многих автобусных маршрутов, рядом старый город, площадь свободы и канатная дорога с парка Рике

Отель удобно расположен от метро 1 минута, до площади и бань примерно 10-15 минут пешком. Красивый вид из окна. Есть лифт. Вежливый персонал, убирали номер каждый день, администратор Димитрий помог нам с покупкой билетов, очень приятный молодой человек. Если останавливаться на 1-2 ночи отлично, если больше, начинаешь замечать недостатки))

Cons:

Отель скорее на 3+ или 4-. Вроде все чисто и ново, даже магазинные наклейки-этикетки на плинтусах остались :), но казенно ( наверно это слово больше всего подойдет). Не хватает крючков и полочек в ванной, полотенце некуда повесить, течет бачок унитаза, после того как помоешься на полу стоит вода. Ершик для унитаза отваливается от палки)) Розетка для чайника высоко, так что не достает шнур, приходилось чайник кипятить в коридоре))
Завтрак: Вроде все есть, но было заветренное, овощи вялые, колбаса и сыр тоже. Картофельное пюре как выложили из кастрюли кусками, так и оставили не разровняв)) Это все кажется странным, так как отель совсем небольшой, всего 5-6 номеров..а такие нюансы портят впечатление.
Все это нюансы, но если не написать об этом, то как вы можете это исправить. Надеюсь, после получения отзыва, что-то изменится в лучшую сторону.

הזמנו 3 חדרים ובכל אחד מהם היה ריח מעופש ולא נעים. כנראה כי אין מספיק אוורור במקלחת. המלון לא נקי, החל מהמצעים, מגבות, רצפה ומקלחת שלא טרחו לנקות תמיד. לא תמיד קיבלנו מגבות. המזרון קשיח מאוד. בחדר אחד הייתה בעיה עם הנעילה של הדלת, כך שהחדר נשאר פתוח יום שלם. הנקודה היחידה היא לזכות פקיד הקבלה שהגיע להחליף בטריה במנעול בעצמו אבל חוץ מזה מלון לא טוב בכלל.

The staffs were very nice and professional. They allowed me to put my luggage at the lobby after checkout. I appreciate that from them.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was bidet in the toilet which is perfect.
Everything was great I recommend it.

Other than location, it is useless
Pros:

Location is fantastic and closer to the main city. Staff managed to provide extra water, boiled rice when needed and supported well on location map etc.

Cons:

When I asked for early check-in it was rejected initially and I changed my plan but later during the day they said room is available. Breakfast is below average. not a 4* property. pricing is high
