Important information:

The reception is open daily from 10:00-14:00 and the hotel is reachable by phone from 09:00-22:00

Guests can check in using an automatic check-in machine. A photo ID and a credit card or debit card. Payment in cash is not possible on-site.

Guests can request an ironing board and iron at the reception. A weekly cleaning service is also available.

Please note that private parking at the accommodations is underground. A parking space must be reserved up to 3 days before arrival.

Electronic devices brought and owned by the guest have to meet the latest safety standards and may be used if due diligence is observed. For safety reasons as well, the 2nd apartment key card is to be removed from the electronic panel inside the apartment.

Pros:

L attenzione e la precisione del sig. Felix dalla prenotazione. A qualsiasi domanda ha sempre risposto in modo preciso e veloce. La casa che era esattamente bellissima come da foto su booking. La posizione in quartiere verde è tranquillo con sotto 2 supermercati (alimentare e non) e un burger king. Lo spruzzino per il bidet. Il fatto che ogni giorno passasse l inserviente delle pulizie a ritirare la pattumiera e dopo 4 giorni di soggiorno ha cambiato le lenzuola, gli asciugamani e pulito cucina e bagni. Il self check in in italiano (a noi la macchinetta si era bloccata e chiamando il numero di assistenza il sig. Felix da remoto ha sistemato tutto in 2 min). L appartamento veramente spazioso, pulito e praticissimo per come è strutturato ( noi eravamo in 5 più il cagnolino e avevamo 3 camere, 2 bagni e un ampia cucina in mezzo senza contare un ampio terrazzo ). I posti auto sotto l appartamento e comodissimi.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto ( veramente difficile) essendo una struttura che ammette i cani avrei previsto una rete lungo la ringhiera del terrazzo. Messa com è un cagnolino di piccola taglia riesce a uscire facilmente ed è pericoloso. Il nostro infatti lo tenevamo in casa quando ci mettevamo sul terrazzo per sicurezza.

قريب من البلد والمطار تعامل جيد توافر مواقف لكن ب15 يورو وممكن توقف في الشارع امام السوبرماركت تحته سوبرماركت وبرحر كنج وجود شطاف في الحمام يهتمون في ادق التفاصيل

اقامه مريحه وقريب من الشقق سوبر ماركت وبعض المحلات والمنطقه فيها حركه

عجبتني النظافه والأثاث جديد وإدارات المطبخ كامله وشراحة الشقه

سعر الشقه حيث كان سعرها مرتفع يوم السبت والأحد مقارنه بالأيام الأخرى ايضاً لم يعجبني جهاز الدخول الذاتي تعبت كثيراً لم استطع تسجيل الدخول وكنت جايه من الطريق متعبين بس العامله كلمتها حاولت مساعدتي في الجهاز لم تستطع وابالاخير تواصلت مع صاحب المكان وتفاهمت معه واعطتني كروت الدخول للغرفه تمنيت ان يكون فيه استقبال

Das Ambiente war sehr schön, und wir haben uns in dem kleinen Appartement wohl gefühlt. Für zwei-drei Übernachtungen Ideal. Check in war sehr einfach.

Cons:

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist nicht besonders, aber mit dem Auto ging alles prima. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche hätten mehr sein dürfen. Ein großes Sieb oder Salatschleuder. Aber das ist hier jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Die Grundausstattung ist gut und vorhanden..
