طاقم عمل ممتاز ومحترف، لكن أثاث الغرف والديكور بحاجة لتجديد

الموقع: الفندق في موقع حيوي وممتاز بمنطقة الجفير وقريب من الخدمات


تعامل الموظفين: أشكر موظفة الاستقبال (آنا) وموظف الغرف (عبدالرزاق) على تعاملهم الراقي جداً، أسلوبهم اللطيف، وحرصهم الكبير على خدمة النزلاء ومساعدتهم بكل بشاشة واحترافية.

الأثاث والديكور: الصور المعروضة في التطبيق مختلفة عن الواقع الفعلي للغرفة؛ لون الكنب والستائر (الأحمر الغامق) كان قديماً ومزعجاً بصرياً وغير مريح، وكان من المتوقع أثاث بتصميم أكثر عصرياً لفندق 4 نجوم.

Room are Ok, its valuable.

Cons:

Its part of our booking to have the breakfast, when we go down at 7:30Am the restaurant is emty and even the lights are off, No FOOD/ breakfast readily available, The restaurant management at least to advise the guest who has breakfast package to order it via room services.
