Ok value for money, good location, nice views. Could be cleaner in rooms.
Pros:

Excellent location right beside the marina close to lots of bars and restaurants. Very relaxed atmosphere with very accommodating and friendly staff at reception and at the pool bar. I liked that pool towels were supplied by the hotel as it meant I didn’t have to waste space in my suitcase packing one. Nice views but this depends on where you’re placed. Excellent service at the pool bar and good cocktails. Very reasonably priced for the area.

Cons:

Overall could do with a revamp. Our first room with ‘sea view’ was facing into balcony of a neighbour hotel with a small view of the sea if you were to stand on the balcony at a certain angle. However I did flag this at reception and was offered another room which we took. The new room view was much better overlooking the marina and sea. This room however wasn’t as clean as the first with obvious signs of dust, around the bed etc. Our room also had a very strong smell from the drain. Towels could do with being replaced. Although perfectly clean obvious signs of wear.

Excellent choice and value for money
Pros:

The location is very good as just a short walk into beautiful Santa Eulària. Great views from the deluxe rooms and had lots of choice at breakfast. Staff very friendly too.

Cons:

The rooms need soundproofing and the doors need cushioning as people just leave them to slam! Staying on the side of the hotel not next to the boat yard was quieter although didn’t intrude too much. Luckily we were there Easter so it was closed but could tell when it reopened!

Dringend Renovierungs bedürftig!
Pros:

Die Lange , freundliche Personal ,Super Frühstück

Cons:

Bad Handdusche keine Funktion , keine WC Bürste, Duschkabine undicht,
Trinkglas schmutzig mit Lippenstift!
Für den Meerblick muss man sich verdrehen!

Perfect location
Pros:

Lovely location , next to harbour and a short walk in to the main centre. Pool area is lovely with outdoor jacuzzis! Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Room was clean and spacious , comfy beds! Staff very helpful

Cons:

Wasn’t quite ready for the beginning of the season, work still taking place on ground floor and restaurant option that was advertised on booking.com ie half board not available.

The location by the beach was excellent. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

Location was the Best, Our room with sea view was perfect.
Size of the room was normal. Good breakfast. 2 jakuzzi with warm water, that was Good for April.
The Price was very good for 3 nights stay.

Cons:

Our room and bathroom were Not 100% clean. Just 2 or 3 Options for Bread in breakfast area.
