Pros:

Sehr zentral zur Innenstadt gelegen, zum Kongresszentrum muss man nur über die Strasse.
Geräumiges, modern ausgestattetes Appartment.
Es gibt keine Rezeption, Schlüsselübergabe über Keybox problemlos. Vermieterin ist per whats app gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Rechnung kann so angefordert werden .

Cons:

Die Heizung war trotz voll Aufdrehens schwach warm, im Oktober noch ok, im Winter wahrscheinlich zu wenig.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sauber und recht groß mit kleiner Küche, Bad im Vergleich zu den gängigen Standard Hotels auch, alles unkompliziert mit Checkin/out. Lage am Rand der Altstadt gut

Cons:

Die Betten schon etwas schmal, 160 cm, für ein Paar ok, für 2 Freundinnen eher weniger, aber Ansichtssache

Świetny hotel
Pros:

Byłam pozytywnie zaskoczona przestronnym wnętrzem i idealną czystością. Świetna lokalizacja i mimo, ze okna były od strony ulicy, to w pokoju było raczej cicho (grube ściany). Urocza restauracja na dole.

Nie było nic takiego.

Zimmer sehr schön gestaltet, sehr sauber, großräumig und durch Schallisolierung trotz Hauptstraße ruhig. Waren schon sehr oft hier, da wir uns jedesmal wohlfühlen

Kamers groot en proper.
Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed.

Onze 3e keer Mainz met onze groep. Volgend jaar nemen we terug Havana.

A very comfortable and clean stay with excellent, attentive service.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Havana. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and very responsive, whenever we had a question or small issue, they took care of it immediately. The location is also very convenient for exploring Mainz. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Only a small suggestion: it would be nice to have a simple welcome pack in the room with a few essentials such as coffee, tea and sugar, especially for guests arriving late.
