Gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert, groß und sauber.
Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörten wir weder den Straßenlärm, noch Geräusche aus den Restaurants.
Es gab einen Ventilator und eine AC.
Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel kurz.

Cons:

Wir hatten viele (mind.20) große Spinnen im Zimmer, die wir vors Fenster setzten. Das Personal wollte nach unserer diesbez. Information nach Spinnennestern schauen.
Uns haben die Spinnen wenig gestört, aber Menschen mit Spinnenphobie... .
Unser Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet, aber wirkte etwas kühl. Im großen Bad gibt es nicht so viele Ablagemöglichkeiten/Haken.

Für den Preis würde ich das Apartment nicht mehr buchen, von Deluxe keine Spur
Pros:

Die Lage, es war sauber, das Bad war gepflegt, es gab eine Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Es wurde als Deluxe Apartment für 4 Personen angepriesen. 4 Personen hätten hier nicht schlafen können. Leider nur ein großer Raum, mit einem Doppelbett. Es waren 2 aufklappbare Sessel vorhanden die zum Schlafen für einen Erwachsenen nicht geeignet waren. In der Ecke stand noch ein Klappbett, welches wir dann genutzt haben, Matratze leider nicht sauber. Geschirr war kaum vorhanden, Tisch und Stühle nur für 2 Personen.

Pros:

The location is excellent, 5min from the city centre, bus and train stations, shops, everything. The rooms are quite big (I stayed there twice in the span of a couple of days, each time in a different room). The kitchen area is equipped with the bare minimum for a quick meal. The bed is very comfortable, and the windows block the noise from the traffic, since the rooms are all facing a busy street, and the curtains are also very good and block all the light. Check-in is very smooth; there is no reception, but you get the key from a box next to the room, which is very convenient.

Cons:

The first room I stayed in got full of spiders throughout the night because the window sills had not been cleaned on the outside. In the second room, you could feel the floor vibrate from time to time, probably from a washing machine further down the corridor.

Pros:

La posizione a pochi passi dal centro appartamento pulito.. Bottigliette di acqua in frigo..

Cons:

Purtroppo per chi come me ha paura dei ragni è meglio che non prenoti qui.. L'appartamento era pulito ma appena apri le finestre.. All'esterno ci sono molte ragnatele e di consegna I ragni entrano dentro... È non erano per niente ragnetti.. Anzi.. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre chiuse e fare la suana dal caldo.

Tolle Lage, tolles Hotel, sehr nette Betreiber.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Straße sind immer etwas unschön, aber da kann das Hotel nichts machen.
