En fantastisk opplevelse på et flott og barnevennlig resort. Variert frokost, en fantastisk stab på en vakker øy. Øya er passe stor og ved å leie en liten motorsykkel (125cc) kommer man rundt enkelt. Mange severdigheter og strender over hele øya. Av alle mine turer til Thailand, er dette en av de beste (om ikke den beste) opplevelsen vi har hatt. Vi kommer tilbake.
First of all we are not satisfied. When we booked in hotels.com we did not have the opportunity to choose to pay money at the resort. They accept pyment ONLY through the credit card. When we tried to check in, we were told to pay in cash, said they didn't get money, etc. after a long period of proof that we paid. We need translate all information to Thai language and only then allowed us to go to the room. The problem is that they don't speak English well. And I think the money is not to be left to the customer, to find out for themselves and then to say something to us. It was like trying to cheat us to get more money, or being so blown out that they didn't know how their ordering systems work.
Rooms are comfortable and clean.
We rented scooter it was the new (Honda Click 125cc 2018, only ~850km on odometer)!
Most enjoyed the beach, swimming pool, sea view. (Few workers was really nice - thanks them.)
Restaurant service poor (at day time fruit shake we need to wait 20 mins), we went to the nearby resort "Beach Resort" (where the service is wonderful, it speaks excellent English and we see customer for them is important).
Day before checkuot we left to clean our room (at valentine day) and when we get back to room find no lock on door and 200 € is gone (yes yes we not put money in safe, but...) in reception they sayd is not possible, all worked are not thief and etc...
That's our expirience in this resort.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet Hotel au mois de janvier 2017. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans une belle crique avec sable blanc, eau turquoise et beau spot de snorkeling. Les bungalows sont récent et bien entretenu ainsi que les jardins. Le gros bémol de cet hôtel est son personnel qui ne parle quasiment pas anglais sauf un qui n'est jamais là et le service est déplorable. On à l'impression de les embêter à chaque fois qu l on se présente à la réception. Aucun conseils n'est donné sur les activité locale et lorsque l'on demande pour un scooter le prix est fixé à la tête du client et selon l'humeur du réceptionniste. Le restaurant est également pas recommandable du tout, l'impression que les plats sorte du congélateur avant d'être passé au micro-onde, et les prix sont exorbitant. Cet hôtel à cependant pleins de qualités et de potentiel, la piscine débordante est splendide et les chambres tout confort sans parlé de l'emplacement idéal. Il lui manque juste un vrai manager et des employés dévoué au service de leur clients. Vraiment dommage...

The place look nice on photos.
There is no direct access to the beach and what made us so angry is the bad smell of sewage ( Toilet water). After following the smell we found out that they simply take the toilet water from all rooms in 2 blue pipes and spread it all over the sand near by and to the nearest beach.
We even step on it twice in the evening time.

The basic assumption is to protect the nature in such nice island and also make sure your customers will not smell anything or not swim or step on their own and others liquids.
The breakfast is simple and poor. The tables and chairs at breakfast reminded us the school chairs. The service is just so so. The crew always go with a serious face ( not even one smile). The receptionist speak basic English. The pool is nice but most of time is empty. The stmosphare in general is very poor. The food in dinner is not recommended. We simply had the best dinner at the near resort.
The buttom line - will not recommend it to anyone till they first fix the sewage and take a real hotel manager to service and change the whole place completly. Including food quality, service level and more careness on its customers.

The reception was always empty. Zero service... We felt that we bother them all time...
