Soggiornare al SHS è stata un esperienza gradevole. Professionalità, accoglienza, convivialità caratterizzano lo staff che ringrazio vivamente per avermi fatta sentire coccolata.
Piscina esterna e Spa , di cui ho usufruito, completano davvero il quadro.

Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas vraiment comment cet hôtel a obtenu une si bonne note sur Google et Booking.com.

Tout d’abord, il est indiqué comme hôtel 4 étoiles en ligne, alors qu’à l’entrée, il n’y a que 3 étoiles. Ensuite, la moquette dans les escaliers et au premier étage est vraiment dans un état déplorable : elle est remplie de taches et donne une impression générale de manque d’entretien. 😑

Concernant le spa, c’est également assez décevant. Sur les photos de Booking.com, et notamment dans la rubrique « Équipements », le spa et le bain intérieur apparaissaient comme faisant partie des installations de l’hôtel. Nous pensions donc naturellement pouvoir en profiter en séjournant sur place. Or, l’accès au bain intérieur nécessite de payer un supplément assez élevé, 30 € pour seulement 40 minutes. Pour un hôtel présenté comme disposant d’un spa, ce n’était pas du tout ce à quoi nous nous attendions.

La piscine extérieure était correcte, mais elle était beaucoup moins jolie et moins propre que sur les photos.

Le bar et le restaurant étaient fermés. On a été prévenu le jour même quelques heures avant notre arrivée.

La chambre était globalement bien, même si nous avons remarqué une petite tache jaune sur la partie blanche en cuir du lit. Dans la salle de bain, il y avait une douche et non une baignoire. Le bas du rideau de douche présentait également des traces noires d’humidité/moisissure.

Le petit-déjeuner était correct, avec plusieurs options, mais nous avons trouvé qu’il manquait de viennoiseries fraîches. Mon copain et moi avons même dû partager le dernier croissant disponible. Les viennoiseries n’ont été réapprovisionnées qu’au moment où nous étions sur le point de partir, ce qui nous a donné l’impression que le buffet était volontairement réapprovisionné tardivement pour limiter la consommation.
