Great location, needs updating
Pros:

Great location in the square, room 202 was large and looked over the square. They stored our cycles securely inside.

Cons:

The shower room was very tired and shabby. Very small shower cubicle. Noise from the bar next door was significant.

Pros:

The hotel is excellent and so are all the staff.
The room we had is dated and could do with an upgrade.
Overall it's fair value for money when considering the minimal local options

Pros:

Good access from road into hotel, but then a wait to get into lift to go up to 2nd floor with mobility scooter (if there had been a fire, I'd not have been able to get out) Shower was a at least 1foot off the ground, so not a Disability walk in shower. The room was big enough but very shabby looking, as was the bathroom.

Just what we needed before a long journey back to London.special mention to the Scottish music
Pros:

The meal was really lovely good portion and very tasty. Great value for money.
The breakfast was standout as well, a pot of tea and toast all served at the table.
You don’t get that at a premier inn !!!

Cons:

For our party nothing, however we’d been at a caravan park with children for a week so this felt like adult luxury.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and professional. Room was standard with comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, food hot and tasty.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was very hot and stuffy - could not open the windows enough to allow fresh air in. A fan was supplied, however this was very old and noisy.

Pros:

Staff as always were lovely. Room was comfy. Had dinner with a friend and it was yummy. I have stayed here several times and would recommend x

Cons:

Be good to have an iron in the room. I rang reception however and the lovely lady brought one up within 5 mins. Room had a shower prefer a bath but thats being picky
