Nothing
Location was excellent.
Staff were helpful and friendly
The shower didn’t work in our room .
The hotel is very tired and in need of some TLC.
Breakfast excellent ,staff very friendly
Bed on the small size, a bit dated furniture shower not for a larger person
Perfect location for our needs, friendly and helpful staff and the food was lovely .
The room we had was like the leaning tower of pisa 😢 the furniture was all leaning to the one side as was the bed! Lying on the left hand side we felt we were leaning to the right, and on the right hand side i felt like i was going to fall out the bed! The bed itself was exremely hard with no comfort what so ever. Walking across the room it felt like walking down a slant and then a slight incline when walking back the way. The shower was very poor we felt the water pressue was terrible. Thankfully we had only booked for one night.
Easy for parking in Kelso, there is car park at back of hotel too, just a short walk. Staff friendly and helpful breakfast to a good standard.
The rooms are a little small and bit old in decor but just fine for one or two nights.
Staff friendly and helpful. Good lounge area with good tea and coffee at a good price.
Bathrooms are a little tired, tv's need updating, all rooms should have full length mirrors and coffee machines. Spend more money on better eggs for breakfast. Tomatoes should be cooked not just warmed through.
Great location and staff were brilliant, nothing wrong was too much trouble would definitely stay there again
Location fantastic, great value and staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant brilliant and great breakfast
Nothing
Our room and bathroom were really big - lots of smace. The decor was maybe a wee bit tired but everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Lokatie was geweldig
Beetje oubollige sfeer. Deed me denken aan een bejaardentehuis uit 1980. Alles netjes en schoon maar niet gezellig.
Excellent hotel in the middle of Kelso welcoming and very helpful staff
Excellent location . Staff were all lovely . Breakfast was good .
Bedroom is a bit tired and could do with updating. Same applies to bathroom , a bit antiquated .
Location
Rooms dated with cheap fixtures and fittings. Shower no more than a dibble. 7 o’clock breakfast means food available at 7 not 20 past, not good for business travellers on a tight schedule
Central location
It suited my requirements
