Amazing view, comfortable bed, spotty wifi and satellite services.
Pros:

I liked that the staff was very attentive. The room was spacious and clean. The patio where the restaurant is and where they serve food is amazing.

Cons:

I didn't like that the wifi and satellites stopped working when we needed it the most. The staff was accommodating and let us stay in the lobby to use their wifi. This was not comfortable for us though as we would have wanted to stay in the room and do our research.

Pros:

Beautiful view great food comfortable bed housekeeping prompt every morning and immaculate
Loved eating breakfast on the terrace with the idyllic view
Tiny taxis pass the hotel regularly. Cheap and easy to use

Cons:

At first the lack of a window was disconcerting but soon forgot about it

Pros:

It was so beautiful and exactly how pictures portray it. The staff were extremely nice and they make the place feel so comfortable.
They answered questions we had and the service was great.
The food was so good.
Overall a nice place for couples to spend a night.

Cons:

There was no hot water that was one downfall.

Pleasant for a night. But costly for what it offers.
Pros:

Beautiful old colonial building with a lovely restaurant with spectacular views. And great coffee!

Cons:

The rooms don’t have windows. And the internet did not work in the bedrooms.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the guy on reception who speaks English. I speak only a little Spanish so he made my life easy. The location is fabulous. I loved sitting on the terrace with a drink and a book and enjoying the view.

Cons:

The wifi was poor in the room but good on the terrace. The room is dark as it has no outside light. The cupboard where you could store clothes was a beautiful piece of furniture but semlled musty.

La atención excelente, el lugar precioso, la historia de la mecedora muy interesante, la vista del lago hermosa, muy rica la comida del restaurante, los meseros personas muy serviciales. El pueblo me encantó, su historia muy interesante y hermosa su catedral.
