施設は多少古いようでしたが、駅から近く、便利でした。スタッフの対応もとても親切で、感じよかったです。

環境清幽，房間整潔，浴場亦見舒適得宜。旅館毗鄰車站，易於抵達，交通便捷卻不失古都景致，位處之街巷寧靜，令人欣喜。

A éviter ! !!!
Pros:

Accueil antipathique. Nous avons voyagé en voiture. J'ai choisi cet hôtel avec un parking disponible. En arrivant sur les lieux en voiture, on s'est fait remballer illico par un employé de la réception que je soupçonne être responsable de la réception. Le parking était vide mais apparemment on aurait dû réserver avant. Même pas 5 mn accordé pour le check in. On a dû trouver un parking en urgence. Mais alors, pas sympa du tout le type. On a réussi à réserver les nuits suivantes avec une autre employée. On était supposé être dans une chambre de 6 futons, on en a eu que 5 (j'ai pourtant payé pour 6 futons). A chaque ménage, nos lits, que nous faisions le matin étaient défaits et jamais préparés. A la fin, on ne le faisait même plus. Mais le pire, pas d'eau chaude au bout de 5 mn de douche. ..Et on était plusieurs! Le dernier jour, pas du tout d'eau chaude.
Il y en avait un de la réception qui était toujours au téléphone à papoter et rigoler, vous pouviez attendre 20mn facile sans qu'il daigne s'occuper de vous. Avec mon histoire d'eau chaude, j'ai capitulé car personne ne s'occupait de moi.
Sinon, le reste du personnel était plutôt poli et correct. En bref, une grosse déception pour une ville comme Kyoto, cher pour ce que c'est et notre pire hôtel au Japon. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Au contraire, fuyez le!!

駅近でアットホームな宿です
Pros:

施設自体はある程度の時代を感じるものの、清掃もしっかりと行なわれており、スタッフの方もアットホームな雰囲気で泊まるには特に不自由は感じませんでした。京都駅から徒歩圏内の立地も便利で、近くにコンビにもある為、素泊まりにも向くのではと思います。
