USDA Dormitory Hotel

You get what you paid for. It isn't the best place, but it's definitely somewhere to rest. There was a couple of bugs roaming in the room, we were even welcomed by a water bug crawling on the entrance wall inside the hotel! The shower was so small, if you try to turn around your butt will touch the wall. The Wifi wasn't that bad, but location wise it stinks. The street this hotel is located on smells, so make sure to figure out where you're heading while you're inside. The only good thing I can say is that we arrived very early at 5am and they were still able to accommodate us into a room, just with a little attitude.

It was nice staying at usda dormitory... i like the room tho its small but its clean anyway and the staff is friendly too.

2泊程度しましたが、最初ホットシャワーが出なかったことを除いては快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、このホテルに限ったことではないですが、フィリピンのホテルはスタッフが夜も少し騒がしいのが難点ですね。

Dirty neighborhood, but close to south bus station. It's an old hotel, but clean, for sure. Good for having a night and wake up early to go to kawasan or whale shark.

Hotel is Nice and clean good for Price near every thing staff is very nice

The ambiance of the room is good, But the toilet is not maintained as good as new, like other hotels.

I was given a room other than the room I booked.

The bed arrangement I booked was a queen and a double. Was given a double and a single.
Mildew smell from CR with paint and.plaster peeling from the walls.

Staff were good, helpful when queried. With a good manor and helpful knowledge of the area.

Overall Stay Rate is alright not so pleasing but not so displeasing as well,, Minor problems occur like hot and cold shower , The water from the faucet is too hot even if you turn it to the cold part. On the second day only one towel is available they had got the other towel which we did not now about it, I talk to the staff regarding the water they just said a room boy will check it but then until the time that we needed to leave the room boy never did arrive.
But overall stay is alright,

價格便宜，離夜市近，住在一樓，但房間熱水開了很久還是沒有。

It was amazing

다음날 아침 보홀가려고, 항구가까운곳으로 잡았어요. 어차피 잠만자고 나갈거라 가격도 저렴하고, 좋아서 예약했어요. 그런데 이전에 이틀간 세부시티쪽에서 더저렴한숙소에서 머물렀는데 그곳이 크기도 2배는크고 호텔도깔끔하고 좋았어서 그런지 더 비교됐어요. 일단 방이 작고 딱 더블침대,싱글침대 1개씩있는데 꽉차고, 화장실도 작은데 샤워칸이 너무좁았구요. 그런데 크기는 어차피 잠만잘거라 크게상관안되는데, 너무시끄러웠어요. 위치가 대학근처던데, 이곳을 기숙사로쓰는거같더라구요. 복도도좁고 계단쪽 끝방이었는데 새벽일찍부터 너무시끄러워서 잠도제대로못자구요..문이 바로 침대앞이라서 방음이 하나도안되서, 너무 힘들었어요ㅠㅠ 절대다시는안갈거같습니다. ㅠㅠ

較老舊,但是離碼頭與商場很近,網路很慢

スミロン島に行くためにサウスバスターミナルの近くにあるこの宿を選びました。街中にあるホテルで、近くにはファーストフードやイーモール(スーパー)などが徒歩圏内でアクセス良し。ホテルの前からアヤラセンター行きのジプニーや、タクシーも通るので移動が多い人には便利です。
ホテルは簡易的な宿で、ベットとシャワー、トイレ、テレビ、エアコンがついてます。部屋によって作りが違うので、良い部屋に当たると快適です。(シャワーの水圧や排水のはけなど)
外出メインの旅なら寝るだけなので十分です。スタッフも笑顔で対応してくれましたし、チェックイン、アウトもスムーズでした。入り口にはセキュリティガードもいました。
バックパッカーや宿にこだわらない人には安いしオススメです。

Good prize, good location.

So noisy,no proper parking space,broken shower,the canal infront of the hotel smells awful

It was okay. But I do not recommend this hotel to everyone.And there was no signal.

I stayed there because it was an easy access to USC and I was never disappointed. Loved the place, so many places to eat outside since there is only limited food for room service. The service is quite inefficient but it's okay since I'm pretty chill. Will definitely stay there again someday.

Good place if you are on a budget with big rooms and next to a 7/11 and Jollybee
