The room was extremely spacious, had suitable air conditioning, a nice view, a large and very comfortable bed, a great desk, and a large fridge. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and efficient after the check-in stage was over.
It took a while longer than the check-in time to be checked in, so that needs to be updated on their page to manage guests' expectations, as it clashes with guests' check-out times. The toilet didn't flush properly. Other than that, I had an extremely positive experience and would highly recommend! I wish that I could have stayed there longer.
โลเคชั่นดีมาก เดินออกไปรถไฟใต้ดินได้เลย ใครมายื่นวีซ่า เดินไปได้เลย ห้องธรรมดาแต่สะอาดมาก แต่ทีวีใช้ไม่ได้ เอาง่ายๆถ้ามาทำธุระแถวนั้น ดีงาม สะดวกและ ราคาไม่แพง พนักงานโอเคค่ะ

ห้องพักสะอาด ถ้ามาคนเดียวจะพอดี ตรงข้ามเป็น 7-11 และมีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆตลอดซอย ไปมาสะดวกไม่ห่างจากเซนทรัลพระราม9 โดยรวมดีมาก พนักงานก็น่ารักค่ะ
The hotel is in a good location I was in babgkok to hand my visa documents in and was close to the visa centre
They fixed the A/C immediately when I told them it wasn't working.
Very busy street, had to wear ear plugs at night.
This was not a pleasant experience although I was allowed an early check in since I was staying a very short time. I did get a smaller room for the same price. The place lacks maintenance. The drain at the shower was clogged and thus the whole floor flooded.
