Edificio storico, stanza immensa, con doccia molto ampia. Letti di alto livello. Colazione ottima. Personale gentile.
Senza dubbio costoso. Mi soprende che in un hotel a cinque stelle il personale non parli né capisca l'inglese. Solo spagnolo.
Great location in the old town . Valet parking was a definite plus in these narrow streets . Breakfast was awesome and staff were very helpful and friendly

La noche que llegamos la habitación estaba sucia llena de pelos por todos los lados, el sofá con manchas terribles !
Las toallas de más calidad y escasas no había alfombrillas para el suelo. La sábanas puestas al revés. Solo había 4 perchas . Estoy hablando de un hotel de 5 estrellas gran lujo .
Para colmo al día siguiente la ducha no salía agua caliente nos han tenido sin agua caliente los 4 días una vergüenza de hotel nos fuimos antes de este hotel pésimo ! Ni si quiera una disculpa lo único que nos ofrecieron fue un cambio de habitación después de 4 días sin agua caliente. Ha este hotel deberían de quitarles las 5 estrellas. Un pesadilla de vacaciones
Sin agua caliente 4 días nos han tenido. Sucio todo, viejo, mal conservado .
Restaurante malo desayuno pésimo y mala calidad. Personal despreocupado y poco amable solo un señor de recepción se disculpó nos cobran todo, sin poder bajar a desayunar esperaron que venga arreglar la ducha 4 días consecutivos y nos marchamos un día antes que también nos cobra .
Ladrones y estafadores no dan ni un servicio esencial que es la ducha una vergüenza.
L’emplacement est très bien et la chambre grande.
Aucune isolation des fenêtres. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue très passante de l’hôtel. Nous n’avons rien dormi. Toilettes sales en arrivant. Petit déjeuner bof. Beaucoup d’industriel. Nappe du restaurant du petit dej désuet.
Il s’agit d’un hôtel 3 étoiles au mieux mais certainement pas d’un palace.
Piscine fermée jusque mi juin et cela n’était pas indiqué.

The building ls nice
The decor is poor, i had a round bed when i never asked for it, no side tables, no plug to charge phone beside bed (had to unplug the side lamp), flippers and towels felt from a 2 star hotel, room lighting is poor, the carpet and sofas in general areas were stained all over. It says is the only 5 star hotel in the area, but it doesnt feel like a 5 star. Not enjoyable
