Una experiencia excepcional de principio a fin. Desde nuestra llegada nos recibieron con una atención impecable y un trato cercano, haciendo que nos sintiéramos realmente bienvenidos. Como detalle de bienvenida, nos sorprendieron con una copa de cava y a las bebes agua y más tarde dos copas para mis invitados, un gesto que marcó la diferencia y reflejó el excelente nivel de hospitalidad del hotel.

Cons:

Como punto a mejorar, nos llamó la atención la presencia de algunas zonas con óxido en la piscina y un cristal agrietado. En un establecimiento de esta categoría, este tipo de detalles deslucen un poco la experiencia y creemos que deberían cuidarse con más atención.

Aun así, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia y volveríamos sin dudarlo. Un hotel muy recomendable por la calidad de su servicio y la hospitalidad de todo el equipo.
