Pros:

Tout était parfait! Et que dire de l'emplacement wow wow wow!

Cons:

Un micro Détail m'accroche, parce que j'accroche vraiment à des Détails 😅 à l'entrée je mettrais une petite musique d'ambiance, tout simplement ! Cest pour dire que tout est parfait si non !

Great location for a stop in Trois-Rivières
Pros:

We were driving from Quebec to Montreal and broke that up over a couple of nights. Trois-Rivières was a great stop with some interesting history and things to do. The location was right beside the tourist center and the start of walking tours. The room amenities were everything you would need and the bistro in the hotel was fantastic. All of the staff were wonderful and accommodating - spoke great english as our french is not great at all.

Cons:

Although the air conditioning worked great, the bedding was polyester or some other unbreathable synthetic and the mattress liner was likely plastic. The result is waking up in a pool of your own sweat and shivering cold feeling like you are caught in a wet garbage bag. In our 9 nights between 5 hotels, this was the only one that had these type of sheets, although we've experienced this before.

Die Lage war perfekt zur historischen Teil von Trois Reviere.

Das Personal wirkte schon bei der Frage nach einem geöffneten Restaurant am Sonntag Abend überfordert
Am zweiten Tag hatten wir zwar ein geputztes Bad aber die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, das wäre am 2. Tag nicht üblich!
Seit ich in meinem Leben in Hotels übernachte, ist mir das noch nie passiert, insbesondere wenn ich die teuerste Kategorie Zimmer gebucht habe.

nous avons eu froid des notre arrivee dans la chambre, malgres nos efforts nous n'avons pas reussi a baisser la clim, elle se remettait a 19 degres toute seule, qu'est ce qu'on etait bien dans le couloir de l'hotel 😂 ( on avait qu'a demander aux personnels de nous la regler!!!!) c'est pas grave on a pris la direction du lit et hop sous la couette, c'est un hotel pour les reconsilaitions amoureuses!! 🤣
sinon le reste parfait !!!
