Pros:

Nice hotel in a central location.

Cons:

Couldn’t sleep : the rooms are directly next to the street and it was extremely loud all night long. You litterally hear every car as of they were in your room. Lots of noise in the hallway too starting very early (before 7)

L' emplacement central. La qualité des prestations dans les chambres avec un set café/thé. La qualité de la literie.

Cons:

L accueil peu chaleureux et le manque de service client à l arrivée. L' équipe du lendemain était heureusement plus compétente et agréable.

Les chambres sont beaucoup trop petites pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, ce qui nous a obligés à louer deux chambres. De plus, nous avons eu plusieurs réactions allergiques, probablement dues à la présence d’acariens. Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant : le tarif est beaucoup trop élevé pour ce qui est offert.

Jai fait mention a la dame a notre depart que la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de regarder quoi que ce soit. Egalement je lui fait part que le petit frigo fait un bruit insupportable et ce durant pratiquement toute la nuit. Je me rends compte ensuite que sur mon 200$ de dépôt de sécurité vous avez garder 13$ pour probablement le café et le thé consommé a la chambre....franchement je m'attendais a mieux de votre part.
