Location, and having a kitchen.
What good is a kitchen w/o dishes, pans and utensils? We were told that they were out of kitchen supplies. Isn’t that kind of a for adequate supplies for your rooms.

Es ist ruhig - vorallem sehr sicher ! - und der empfang ist sehr nett.
Die Zimmer sind wirklich groß und gemütlich sowie gut schall isoliert.. natürlich kann man mal jemanden hören aber alles absolut im rahmen!!
Es könnte etwas besser gesaugt werden in unserem zimmer waren viele krümel und so an boden was beim barfuß gehen nicht so cool ist

It was basically clean, but the whole place seems old and crusty with dim lighting. It’s a very basic old hotel. No breakfast, not even some plastic wrapped bleh breakfast.

One of the rooms had a disgusting disposal full of debris. I reported it the front desk the next morning and they reported it to maintenance.

Super Clean and beds were comfortable.
Everything was up to standards.
Clean, quiet, great room, great location with easy access to everything. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We will stay again when in Amarillo, TX.
