The staff were all so nice.

Cons:

It was very crowded and way way over priced. By far the most expensive stay of our trip ($300 a night) and not at all worth that. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin. The only redeeming factor of this stay was the staff who were very friendly.

Good Stay
Pros:

I would have given it a 5 except for the luggage carts. See below.
A little tricky getting to but manageable. It is in the same physical building as the Hilton Home 2 Suites.
Nice king room. Food is nearby. I really liked the Mexican restaurant withing walking distance of the hotel.
Friendly check in. It was clean with adequate towels. The 120v outlets were adequate.
As for the luggage carts, they are sorry. They are those triangular shaped base with no bottom. They do not hold much plus smaller bags fall out of the bottom and drag along the floor.
BRING BACK THE 4 WHEELED LARGE CARTS.

Out of the 3 motels we stayed at, the Hampton Inn was the best.
Pros:

The location was good and the breakfast was very good. The motel room was spacious and nice, and the staff was very nice. No complaints.

Cons:

Suggesting that small refrigerator was bigger to store snakes and drinks.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and nice staff

Cons:

The shower water pressure was low, the beds were hard and the blankets were very thin. The air conditioning was very cold and it would be either hot or very cold no in between. I did have to wake up earlier than I wanted to due to construction on my floor but the receptionist gave me a credit for my troubles. Very pleased with that

It was OK, let down by some things that should disappointed.
Pros:

Above average breakfast, staff were friendly.

Cons:

The unit that television stands on was broken, the door in front of the fridge was hanging at an angle so would not close or stay open. The unit should have been repaired. The water pressure was low (our room was on the 4th (top) floor. To turn on or off the light switches for the bedside lights requires getting out of bed - dumb.
