1-You should have wc pistolet (Douchette) - very important and not to ignore.

I would stay here again easily….
Pros:

The place was very clean and the mattress was perfectly comfortable. The balcony was also a nice touch for sitting and enjoying some air and a view of the mountains.
The day staff was extremely nice and professional.

Cons:

Wish they had a pool.

Hotel exceptionnelle!
Pros:

Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The property seems poorly maintained and several issues affected our stay.

The bathroom window was not properly sealed, which caused constant wind noise, especially during the night. The toilet was also broken and kept running water continuously, creating noise that made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

In addition, the view from the room was very unattractive and did not match our expectations.

While the staff were polite, the maintenance standards of the hotel need significant improvement. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Une excellente adresse que je recommande
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est stratégique, facilement accessible en voiture et idéal pour découvrir Tétouan ainsi que les villes voisines de Martil, M'diq et Tanger. La médina historique est à environ 10 à 15 minutes à pied, et le parking gratuit constitue un véritable avantage.
À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un délicieux thé marocain et les formalités d'enregistrement ont été effectuées rapidement. La chambre était grande, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée : climatisation, télévision, réfrigérateur et surtout un agréable balcon avec une magnifique vue sur le mont Bouanane, où nous avons passé de très bons moments.
La propreté mérite une mention spéciale. La chambre était nettoyée quotidiennement avec beaucoup de soin, les serviettes étaient remplacées et tout le nécessaire était réapprovisionné. L'eau chaude était disponible à toute heure.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet était l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons connus : soupe, omelette, œufs durs, pâtisseries maison, spécialités marocaines, fromage frais, amlou, fruits, boissons chaudes et bien d'autres choix. Le restaurant de l'hôtel mérite également des compliments : nous y avons pris le déjeuner et le dîner, avec des plats savoureux, un service attentionné et des prix raisonnables. La présence d'un ascenseur est également appréciable, notamment pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Cons:

Quelques points peuvent toutefois être améliorés : le réfrigérateur ne refroidissait pas suffisamment, un cendrier sur le balcon serait appréciable pour les fumeurs, les chambres exposées à la route principale peuvent être un peu bruyantes pour les personnes au sommeil léger, la télévision ne propose pas de chaînes étrangères et un coffre-fort dans la chambre serait un plus.
Ces remarques restent mineures au regard de la qualité générale de l'établissement. Nous avons été entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour et reviendrions avec grand plaisir.
