Er was een kleine issue met de slot, maar werd snel gerepareerd. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel en manager.

I really enjoyed the service provided by Mussa at the front desk; he was absolutely phenomenal with every guest I observed. The facilities are excellent, and the location is perfect.
I was not pleased with the second receptionist who was on the morning shift; I confirmed the price of my taxi with him several times and he guaranteed it, but when I arrived at my destination, the driver tried to charge me more. However, I would like to clarify and express my gratitude for the hotel manager's attention, as he promptly resolved the issue and took responsibility for the error.

I had a wonderful stay in Tétouan! The place was very clean, the people were kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was just great. The host was friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again!
