Nothing was to much trouble. All of the staff were very accomodating and friendly.

Plate covers on food brought to room would improve this part of the service with regard to food staying warmer and hygiene.

close to Liverpool street. fun area. I loved the detailed history of the area in the folder in my room. a lovely touch that made the place come alive and feel genuine.
