Important information:

All guests must be at least 25 years old.

Please note the resort front desk has limited hours of operation. Guests who intend to arrive outside normal check-in hours must call the property in advance at the phone number on the booking confirmation to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Security is available onsite for late check-ins from 21:00 until 07:00.

Please note, only one car is permitted per unit for the summer and holiday periods.

Boats, trailers, motorcycles and RVs are not allowed on the property.

Please be advised that Landmark Resort has scheduled a major project beginning October 25, 2022, running through April 15, 2023. Construction activity will include minor disruptions with elevator service, noticeable construction related noise, and limited parking at one end of the south lot.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I loved it so very much for a birthday get away

We did have a great stay & would love to return sometime!
Pros:

The walk out right onto the beach was so convenient & easy, & the view was just absolutely gorgeous! The large windows in the bedroom & on the large sliding doors from the living room were wonderful to see out to the beach from inside. And the observation deck was great!

Cons:

The tight,twisted,circular stairs between the levels inside, were a bit difficult. There was not enough parking available in the lot directly next to the building, on a regular basis.

Pros:

I love the rooms we stayed in. Very spacious but cozy at the same time. The location was perfect being right on the beach.

Cons:

We had trouble with the TV’s. We went to the front desk and they said they would send someone to get them working. No one ever showed up. Very disappointing. The TV in the master bedroom never even turned on.

Pros:

The resort sits in front of the ocean. We had ocean view to watch the dolphin swimming and the hear the ocean wave. The resort itself is being worked on. It needs an upgrades. It's old but 90% worked. We we come back for the view.
