Important information:

All guests must be at least 25 years old.

Please note the resort front desk has limited hours of operation. Guests who intend to arrive outside normal check-in hours must call the property in advance at the phone number on the booking confirmation to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Security is available onsite for late check-ins from 21:00 until 07:00.

Please note, only one car is permitted per unit for the summer and holiday periods.

Boats, trailers, motorcycles and RVs are not allowed on the property.

Please be advised that Landmark Resort has scheduled a major project beginning October 25, 2022, running through April 15, 2023. Construction activity will include minor disruptions with elevator service, noticeable construction related noise, and limited parking at one end of the south lot.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very outdated! Unlisted fees when you have to do some on the work before leaving lol

Beach access!!! That’s it that’s all!!

Cons:

This is not a resort as stated!!!! Very outdated and they have roaches! Also, the male staff on duty when I checked in was very rude. There was a $150 incidental fee that was not listed in any of the booking info. There was an ice bucket in the until however, they charge $10 for ice. You have to strip the beds and take out your own trash upon leaving!!! I’ve visited PCB multiple times and this was by far my least favorite visit!

It was a great Spring Break for my family.
Pros:

The guy that was at the desk for check in was awesome!! I wish I remembered his name. The end of our stay was the beginning of the Air Show and we had front row seats right on the balcony.

Cons:

Only one elevator was operating.

Beach Front resort but need some improvement in facilities.

No breakfast available but the location was good. Its beach front hotel.
Free parking available across the street.
Hot-tub and Indoor swimming pool available.

Cons:

There was no Wi-Fi available in the room. I contacted the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, which made it inconvenient during my stay.
The kitchen was not clean upon arrival, and there was beach sand present in multiple rooms, indicating that housekeeping standards need improvement.
One of the elevators was not working, which caused long wait times. At one point, we had to wait approximately 25–30 minutes just to go downstairs.
I checked out about 15–20 minutes late and had already informed the front desk in advance. Despite this, I was still charged a $50 late checkout fee, which I found unreasonable given the short delay.

I enjoyed my trip I would stay at this property again.
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. I loved the view from the kitchen. It was quiet. I could not hear the people around me. The only down fall was there was only one elevator working.
