Overall good stay. Great customer service, fast check in and check out, fast and strong wifi in the room, comfortable bed, clean towels, refillable drinking water, and working elevator.

However, the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. The soap from the previous occupants was still in the shower. It could have also been good if there was an in-house restaurant, although having food delivered via Grab was not a hassle.

The hotel rooms are spacious and hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly but the hotel have no restaurant and no breakfast. The staff let us check in earlier.

- Breakfast food is amazing (got Daing na Bangus, fried boneless milkfish, asked for vinegar, they even gave soy sauce, the fish taste good even without the condiments) too bad did not taste the tapa (someone recommended me to taste it)

We stayed in this hotel for a one-night stay just last week, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the place! The twin bed room was spacious, blankets, sheets, and pillows were crisp and clean, and the Wi-Fi was adequate. Just around the corner is a very conveniently-placed laundromat. The nearest convenience store is quite some distance though, but otherwise this place was awesome!

P. S. Try the beef tapa!

Based from the pictures, you'd expect a decent hotel room. But when we arrived, the room smelled of old curtains. We couldn't even adjust those curtains to let some natural light in. The room was spacious in terms of size, but dirty. Our pillows smelled bad and the bathroom was dirty as well. The front desk also didn't know how to answer our questions about how to go around the city. They were able to provide a list of rented vans, though.

I was travelling for business and was expecting a comfortable and hassle free stay but was told I had to pay for shower cap and there was no bedroom slippers (floor was not cleaned properly). Had to pick up breakfast voucher at reception with signature and at the restaurant (a few steps from reception), I had to sign a second time to get my breakfast. It was totally inconvenient and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

stayed in this hotel for a night.. spacious and clean room.. big bed with very good linen..staff are friendly, attentive and courteous.. lobby and hallways are clean and well lighted with good décor. the restaurant offers good food.. a spa is located within the building...

Our Team's trip to Davao is business-related; we stayed at Infinity suites; very spacious was the twin-bed sharing; friendly & accommodating staff; it was located very near the office;
There were no ready pairs of slipper available & laundry bags; I think that there was NO BIBLE in our room as well;
I will still stay in this hotel in my next Davao visit - see you !

We stayed there for a week. Good room, good location but bad service of breakfast. You have to wait for a very long time for your breakfast to be served. They said that breakfast is being served starting 6 am but when you go to get your breakfast, you have to wait for 30 minutes up to 1 hour. We experience it the whole week. The same happen even if they have few or more guest. Even reservation is not effective. The staffs told us that they have only 2 or 3 kitchen cooks that's why it took so long for a breakfast to be served. It never improved until our last day. We will never go back to this hotel & I strongly do not recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks.

Visited this hotel on advise from a travel-agent because of a local power-outage and therefor in search of a hotel with generator. Sop, this hotel has one. * (Worthwhile to consider due to frequent power outages in Davao).
I was happily surprised I found this hotel. Besides guaranteed power there're more factors my stay was very satisfying.
The staff is professional, friendly and accomodating. The hotel overall has quality interior, well maintained and clean. This also counts for the suite I booked. Very spacious, comfortable and hygienic with everything available I needed.

I stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I go to Davao, I stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. A modest breakfast is included in the room price. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good. Their room service does a great job. This place is not far from the Abrizza shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is my first time to try this hotel located in obrero. I was very satisfied because of the cleanliness and location of this hotel. This is near victoria plaza, aldivincol people’s park and ateneo de davao. The room was very spacious and every hallway they provided a drinking station. The bed is very comfy to sleep with and has a cable provided. I love the coolness of the aircon in this hotel. Breakfast is also included which it make more sulit. When we take cabs or tricycle the average cost is 65 - 100php only going to near spots.i highly recommend this place when tou visit davao. You can buy some stuff because there is a mini mart beside the hotel.

The Double Deluxe room is spacious. The location not bad since taxi fare from hotel to Abreeza mall costs less than 100 pesos. Amenities: Dining Restaurant is available however one can’t charge it to the hotel. “Separate entity”. Spa services are offered, but then again “separate entity” one can’t charge it to the room. Thus, Customer inconvenienced.

Check in was fast and smooth. We were informed re their ongoing renovation in specific hours of the day.

Got the Junior Suite, it was clean and spacious. We had an additional bed at a reasonable cost which included a good breakfast too. T&B was clean, but there was no bidet; a pail and dipper can be found. Haven’t seen a hair dryer, not certain if it’s available upon request. We had quality sleep, and the kids enjoyed their stay. Staff were friendly.

Within the same building, a convenience store with a pharmacy is available, and there’s a spa at the side too, fair-priced.

Overall, we got what we paid for.

Though, surprisingly, I had to wait for few more minutes upon checkout to have a teaspoon located which was initially tagged as lost and almost charged, but with me insisting that it’s there, they needed to recheck more than twice just to finally find out it was only there the whole time, recheck well. 🥄

This hotel is located within easy reach of the downtown area yet on a relatively quiet street. The price isn't a bargain but I got everything I hoped for a two night stay. Quiet area, clean spacious room, comfortable bed and beddings, restroom was clean, AC working alright, cable had a lot of channels. My only gripe was the internet in the room had spotty signal so I had to go to the lobby to go online, and the internet on the ground floor was faaast. Breakfast was included in my package and was good.

The place are recommendable for any kind tourist who would plan for staying here in Davao City as well. Its affordable and not expensive, just try and experience it yourself or with friends and family.

Location: the hotel is located near restaurants. It is in a quiet area of Davao. Gaisano Mall is of walking distance.

Check In: Check in was fast and efficient

Room: I got the Junior Suite. It was large with a big bed. It was very comfortable plus the pillows were very comfortable too. It had a Sofa too which can be used as a bed. TV was 32 inch. Room was Cool, Clean and Comfortable.

Toilet and Bath: toilet unfortunately had NO Bidet but they provided a dipper. There is Hot and Cold Shower. Toiletries limited to Soap, Shampoo and Dental Kit. Dental kit is of poor quality (toothbrush very flimsy) so better bring your own if you are picky with toothbrush.

Breakfast: It was okay and service was good.

Overall Experience: I enjoyed my stay at Infinity Suites. Definitely can be reccomended when asked for a Hotel in Davao City.

As far as appearance it seems that this hotel would have been fine, but it definitely needs improvement. Unfortunately our biggest problem is that there were cockroaches in our rooms. Even though we let them know and they sprayed bug spray, we still saw roaches every night. It wasnt a lot but about 4-5 daily. The friends we were staying with said its a norm in PH, but we even left for 2 nights to go to the waterfront insular and we definitely didn't see any roaches! We even complained to the front desk but they weren't very helpful other than being apologetic. I had also requested to change rooms but there was no help there either. I would have appreciated something to compensate for the inconvenience room discount, room change, really anything to make up but of course no help. The only thing that was helpful at all were the other staff members (not the ladies working in the lobby) and security. Maybe its just me but I really am not used to roaches and kep all of my belonging closed in hopes that I dont take anything home with me! This is something that definitely needs to be worked on!
