Good comfortable stayl
Pros:

Right at the railway station with a bit of ‘old world’ feel to entrance and reception. Rooms are basic small style of most hotels, added bonus was an arm chair! Hallway carpets were a bit stained but everything was cleaned. Breakfast had limited set menu choices, however the 2 I tried were very good.

フロントとレストランのスタッフの方たちがとても親切でした。
ちょうど台風がきていて雨がすごく娘と二人で宿泊だったのですが、駐車場に車をとめてホテルまで移動する数分もびしょ濡れになると感じ、娘をフロントスタッフの方にみていていただきました。お忙しい時間帯に快く引き受けてくださり感謝しています。

Pros:

今回は 四国で 3つのクレメントホテルに泊まりました。 徳島 高知 宇和島 です。 3つの JR ホテルを 比べてみると 一番 宇和島 が 快適に過ごせました。 コーヒーが 抽出 式だったのは 本当にびっくりしました。 ここ数年 年に 数回 旅行していますが この方式は初めてです。 ロケーションもよく 駅の並びに コンビニも あり 便利でした。

Cons:

別にありません。 もし今後 宇和島に行くことがあればまた 宿泊しよう と思います。 また おすすめします 。 私たちは朝食を 普通の定食にしたのですが 宇和島 鯛めしのコースもあり そちらにすれば良かったかなと思います。

楽しくすごせました
Pros:

お部屋がきれいだった。
禁煙が希望だったが、予約時に空室が無く喫煙で予約したが禁煙室の希望だけお伝えしておいた。当日到着すると禁煙室にしていただけていた。リクエストを覚えていただいたことにも感謝ですが、満室のところ調整をいただいたことに深く感謝です。

Much better than the usual business hotel
Pros:

A notch above the usual business hotel. Room was extremely clean, breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the eco touches (amenity bar, water carafe etc) and coffee machine. Service was friendly and helpful. Location is great, with convenient parking if you are travelling by car. Coin laundry was a bonus.

Cons:

Decor is a little dated and tired. We booked a double room, which was smaller than expected. If you are travelling as a couple a room with two twin (single) beds would be better.
