Pros:

We stayed two nights here and paid approx 20000 rupees per night via expedia. This was a very simple/budget hotel and did meet my expectations for what we paid. Missing a lot of the basic necessities including hot water, toiletries/toilet paper, no kettle in the room, no coat hangers. The location is good, walking distance to the beach and there is a nice garden outside the rooms. Breakfast was included and was decent.

Pros:

Friendly, kind staff, very helpful, family run, always ready to meet the needs. Large rooms with patio that leads to the tropical garden, close to the beautiful beach of Nilaveli Beach.Highly recommended

Prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal
Pros:

Väldigt serviceinriktad och trevlig personal. Både kontinentalfrukost och Sri Lankesisk frukost erbjuds. Nära till Nilaveli strand och även restaurang Mamma Mia som var ett skönt ställe att hänga på i solnedgången :)

Not far from the beach
Pros:

Its a very basic hotel but is clean, well located and friedly staff. Not many restaurants around that serve good food. The hotel owner said that he is putting up a new wing with more accommodation and a good restaurant. This should be ready by 2018.
