No change the bed sheet towel etc
Language problem with staff
Property condition is not good

Noise isolation wasn’t existent, provided towels had huge holes in it and the one window to the hallway had a blind, but that let in so much light that you actually got blinded by the lights in the hallway.

The one hotels near Ben Thanh market, near food court, near backpacker area and Malaysian street, take a walk to the Nguyen hue walking street. It very convenient and good view. The room service is good and very competitive Price for tourist

When we got to the hotel. Everything is different from the photos they posted on Expedia. Even the front desk person admitted they are using the photos from different hotel. Room is stinks, wet and dirty, mold everywhere, stains all over the bed.
We refused to check in or stay with them. The manager promised to us she will cancel the days that we don't stay and refund back to my credit card. It's been 2 weeks I'm still waiting for my refund.

It started with having booked at their sister hotel The Saigon Central and being booked out to The One Hotel due to overbooking. When we got to The One Hotel at 9h30pm, we were told that one of our rooms was not ready. Reportedly the previous guests had just checked out... at 9pm??? Nothing impressive about this hotel. It is in need of a deep clean and a coat of paint throughout. Another case of deceiving embelishments being abused such as photo filters, use of accessories like throw pillows and greeneries to lure prospective customers to book. We found left over party balloons in the drawer below the main closet. While we walked down the hallway to and from the elevator, we noticed that some of the rooms are very small and have no windows. Some of the doors had been left open by housekeeping. The one saving grace was one of the receptionists who was genuinely caring and professional. When they learned about our misfortunes and the inconveniences we had to put up with, they demonstrated great professionalism and proactively helped with sorting out our tour plans which had been compromised after being rebooked at a different location than planned. This employee deserves 5 stars.

The staff here were great from the cleaners to the concierge. A special mention must go to Yuki who showed a great deal of knowledge in all areas of travelling to Vietnam. She made me feel welcome and attended to any situations I had immediately. The only fault I have was with the concrete mattresses, but I suppose that's an individual thing. That would be the only thing stopping me from returning to the ONE MOTEL although it is in a great position close to all, but I like walking a lot as well.

Good value for money hotel. Very basic room without windows but for the cheap price we didn’t mind. Absolutely cracker location as we walked everywhere as most sights within 5-30 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were very helpful and nice, allowed us early checkin for no additional cost and helped split a few 500k notes we had. If you’re mostly sight seeing in Ho Chi Minh and just need a place to sleep this is perfect.

This looks líke a homeless motel- very dirty with cockroaches running.. The picture online looks totally different. We checked in and out same night cause don’t feel safe to stay.

Very nice place and the staff is incredible! Yuk-i at the front desk has been absolutely amazing! Thank you so much! We like the area a lot and we have found a lot of food and fun things to do around here

Goed genoegd voor mij

Hotel is cheap, it’s state is in relation with price do no surprise, convenient, but you should know when booking. But inside Is clean and ok so safe stay.

受付にいたスタッフ（YUKI）愛想よく、気持ちよくチェックインできました。バスタブ無しですがシャワーはお湯がしっかりと出たので満足。部屋に蟻が何匹が出て来たのは残念。冷房は効きます。一泊の値段が安い。場所が良かったので節約しながらの宿泊ならここも良いかと思います。
