The staff provided truly excellent service. I don't speak Japanese, which made dealing with government offices and finding directions quite difficult, they always showed great patience. They went out of their way to offer me thorough assistance with all my problems.

清潔でスッキリした爽やかなホテルだった。
Pros:

レストラン美蔵の料理が見た目も味も良かった。大浴場の露天風呂もスッキリした雰囲気で湯加減もよかった。

ビールやつまみの自販機があると良いと思った。ちゃんと調べてないので、もし設置してあったのならすみません。
