In house onsen and close to skirt fields
Pros:

Highly recommend this hotel for a ski trip to furano!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and had a great variety. Everything was hot and tasted fresh. The interior lobby and amenities/onsen looked newly renovated and felt very high end and clean.

Some good some bad. Overall ok but wouldn't return.
Pros:

Staff exceptionally friendly. Shop well priced. Good buffet breakfast.

Cons:

The room was like walking into a museum from 1975. The bed seemed to be from that period. The springs dug into my back and the pillow was also old thin and uncomfortable. We spent a lot on the hotel so disappointed the room was so uncomfortable.

There was also a peep-hole in the onsen the staff hadnt noticed and had to be rectified after someone had peeled back the outside privacy screen. I was naked in the onsen when I realised there was a peeled back corner of the outside privacy screen allowing someone from the front to peer in unnoticed. I felt sick. That was a low point.

Great hotel close to Furano ski resort!
Pros:

Proximity to the ski resort was easy. Just had to walk about 7 mins up the hill. The western room I booked was huge, it could easily have fit an entire family. Great common space area with a fire.

Great value stay for family of four
Pros:

Loved the location, the room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the slopes. Breakfast was plentiful and range of foods. Onsen was lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Don't stay here unless you have no other option
Pros:

Locating was the only redeeming aspect of my stay here. Otherwise, I did not enjoy my stay here and it paled considerably when compared to my other 3 hotel stays in Sapporo and Asahikawa.

Cons:

The manager left much to be desired. When I checked in, he told me that the hotel had 2 restaurants for dining. When I went to the dining room an hour later, the receptionist told me I needed a reservation and that they were fully booked. I appealed to the mgr indicating that I had just arrived at the hotel, how was I supposed to have a reservation when I just checked in. All he would say was "sorry"... that's it. Note: there aren't many places close by to have a meal.

Regarding the hotel and room itself, OLD. old furnishings, old run, old bathroom. They still had the very old cubicle bathroom that every hotel I've stayed in over the past 5 years has renovated. Terrible. The toilet seat didn't fit it's place so it wouldn't stay in place when you raised it. Not good for a male.

Expensive hote given the quality of the room Very disappointed.

Really great stay, enjoyed our time. We had own wheels and parking was excellent.
Pros:
