Totalmente recomendable
Pros:

La habitación grandísima y limpísima. La cama comodísima. Muy bien ubicado y el desayuno muy bueno. La zona de la piscina con muy buenas vistas.

Muy buena ubicación y excelente relación calidad-precio
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos andando de una de las zonas con más ambiente de Kuala Lumpur, llena de restaurantes y del mercado de comida. Para ir a los principales centros comerciales y atracciones turísticas había que coger coche o transporte, pero el acceso era muy cómodo. La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda; nos alojamos cuatro personas en una habitación con dos camas grandes y estuvimos muy a gusto. En general, la relación calidad-precio nos pareció excelente y, para una estancia de un par de noches, fue una muy buena opción

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó fue el desayuno. La variedad era algo limitada y estaba muy orientado a opciones saladas y locales, con platos como pollo, arroz y otras comidas que no esperábamos para desayunar. Echamos en falta más opciones de desayuno occidental. La piscina era bastante pequeña, aunque no llegamos a utilizarla, así que no podemos valorarla realmente. En general, son detalles menores y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí por su ubicación y su buena relación calidad-precio.

Pros:

Strategic location, walking distance to famous Jln Alor, many bars and Pavilion mall.

Cons:

My room aircon is not cool enough even though I set the temp at 23.5 c ( the lowest). I, my wife and grandchild didn’t use blanket for 2 night due to the heat. I brought up the issue to the front desk on the 1st day itself but the issue prolongs to the 2nd day stay. Much disappointed.

Wir verbrachten 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel vor unserer Rückreise in die Schweiz. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Schöner Pool mit bar. Leider nicht auf dem Dach. Frühstück war gut.
Super Lage. 5Gehminuten vom Night Market.

Satisfait.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Kuala Lampur.
Personel très aimable, serviable et sympathique.

Cons:

Le lit bébé était déplorable, et dangereux pour notre bébé de 20mois. Plus proche d'un cododo que d'un lit parapluie ( barrière trop basse et donc trop dangereux pour un bébé pouvant se mettre debout - matelas mousse sale et visses apparente ). Il a fallu bricoler et redoubler d'ingéniosité pour éviter l'accident. C'était le seul point vraiment négatif.
Petit déjeuner à perfectionner mais fait l'affaire.

The hotel was amazing, staff very kind and helpful and even helped to organise us a taxi to the airport. The rooms were very clean and the pool beautiful! The breakfast every morning was delicious and lots to choose from and the location was perfect, close to everything such as the main strip and night markets

I appreciate the very attentive, fun, professional assistance from Front Office Team:
Ms. Anis, Mr. Babel, Mr. Farid, Mr. Hisyam, Mr. Mahesh, Mr. Saiful, Mr. Tanvir mirroring hospitality from the Concierge Team including Mr. Hafiz, Mr. Iqbal, Mr. Kawser.

I would love to recognize two lead chefs Mr. Azizul and Mr. Badal and their culinary assistants Mr. Faruk and Mr. Saiful, breakfast greeters Mr. Hussain, Mr. Nasir, Mr. Parvez, Mr. Zambrie and the entire F&B Service Team for the consistent quality and variety of breakfast items in addition to their genuine desire to create enjoyment.
