Location, location, location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent and that is probably what we liked the most about it. It's walking distance to Bukit Bintang and the old KL tower, while Petronas towers are not too far either. Beds were OK and the hotel was quiet.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit aged. Elevators' doors can be very moody and will either slam loudly or slide gently (and anything in between). Elevators also make some uncomfortable noises when in motion. All windows are sealed, so there is no way to air the room, other than with the air con. Management use some very strong air fresher in the lobby and corridors, which we found irritating.

Hôtel très agréable. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié et savoureux. Emplacement idéal dans une rue calme mais à seulement 10min à pieds des rues très vivantes et du centre ville. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages gratuitement à la réception toute la journée car notre vol était en fin de journée. Le personnel est souriant et agréable.

Pros:

Me gustó,las instalaciones,la piscina,el gym,el comedor con el desayuno fantástico,muy variado y gran cantidad.

Buon punto di partenza
Pros:

Senz'altro la posizione comoda per principali attrazioni. A parte le Batu cave tutte le altre si raggiungono con una buona passeggiata. Numerose possibilità di cenare nei dintorni per tutte le tasche. Colazione troppo confusionaria e poco organizzati.

Prima om kort te verblijven vooral in een grote stad, maar niet echt luxe.
Pros:

Dicht bij centrum, goed ontbijt, nette prijs

Cons:

Hier en daar wel wat verbal in de kamers, badkamer siliconen strips vies, bladerende verf, uitzicht naar ander gebouw. Zwembad ok, maar voor een “infinity pool” 0 uitzicht (beetje jammer). Heel veel hollanders 😄
