The staff were great and very helpful,it was no issues leaving luggage. Everything was walking distance would stay again
What i like most in this hotel is the easy check in and check out, front desk are polite and friendly. The breakast buffet is great and many choices. The beds and pillows are very comfi. The nightlife and the food night market is walking distance. My family of 4 all had a great time staying in Verdant Hill Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The date of our stay was Sept 12-14, 2025.

Good location for food, shopping and transportation. You need to book a deluxe room as the supreme is kind of rundown.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff, a good range of food at breakfast and a lovely pool and pool bar. The location is also very good and walking distance to lots of sights and attractions.

Everything was ok, But my wife had her pursue snatched outside. And hotel charged £20 for us to call the bank. Restaurant can also be busy at breakfast, sometimes difficult to get a table.
Veg options were less but decent, water other than 2bottles (500 ml each) was chargeable. Rooms were cozy and without balcony but decent
Big and modern. Room was large and comfortable. Smaller sized double bed room 1717.
Very large modern bathroom. No shower door so be careful of water coming out, better to use rain shower head. Very good water pressure.
Appreciated they had body lotion, hair dryer and slippers. Water bottles free in the room.

Breakfast was very good. Egg / omelette station. Varied of western, Indian and Chinese options. Can sit poolside if not too hot.
Easy to walk to bars and restaurants and food hawker street.
Not a short walk, but we were able to walk to/from Petronas Towers too.

poor cleanliness, outdated amenities. steaming iron had burnt marks and smoke coming out of it - concierge took a long time to get it changed. tub had dirt and debris flushing out of it.
Old 4star hotel in need of upgrade. Large room, good breakfast and WiFi. Great pool.
