A great stay for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Great location and well priced. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Staff are helpful but other hotels offer more convenient access to public transport.
Pros:

Room was clean. Pool was well maintained and had a good view of the city. Staff was helpful with organising city tours. Many attractions are located near the hotel.

Cons:

Other hotels in the area are closer to train stations. The rooms might be a bit small. The AC seems to set the temperature to 20 degrees Celsius automatically.

L’emplacement est vraiment top. Très central mais restant calme. La piscine est vraiment agréable et le petit déjeuner varié et très bon.

Uncomfortable. So glad to leave after our stay was over

Good location

Cons:

Our room was old with scratch marks all over the walls. The bathroom door had ventillation gaps on it so there was no privacy in terms of noise. The lobby was nice and grand but the room itself was more like a motel room - 2 stars at best. Would not recommend to anyone.

Strange place.
Pros:

Personnel were very helpful.

Cons:

Senior management attitude, they seemed to be more interested in following their SOP (as they put it) rather than helping guests in need. It was also disappointing to see the lovely staff being so terrified of the management action every time we asked for anything.
They refused to give us an extra pillow or towel. Even the water bottles were counted, it felt like we are in a quarantine hotel, rather than a so called 4 star hotel. Overall, it was a strange place, nice building, lovely staff but with such a rigid management attitude. We also found a price list for things like the kettle, iron, ironing board and many other things, makes you wonder what sort of people stay at this place.
The hotel was also hopeless in responding to any of our questions or requests leading to our booking. Looks like nobody monitors any email sent to them from booking.com.
I don't think we will be back there in a hurry.
