Comfort with easy access around the city.
Pros:

Great location, close to the train station, easy access to Titlis Talstation - walking or with bus (bus station across the street). The room was comfortable and overall quiet - just when we had a lot of snow we could hear the machines sounds from outside already at 5.15am. The common kitchen has everything that you need and the modern closing system with the cell phone is great.

Cons:

Shower: water temperature instable and not having a proper closing, just the curtain is not nice. It smell humidity. A shower stall would be pretty much appreciated.

Modernes ideal gelegenes Hostel mit schönem Flair u. Potential zum Kennenlernen von anderen Familien
Pros:

Das Hostel ist direkt neben Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle der Skibusse gelegen. Das Haus und alle Einrichtungen ist modern und stilvoll gemacht. In den zwei gemeinsamen Küchen und Essensräumen war alles sauber, wohnlich und gut ausgestattet (inklusive Raclette Ofen z.B.) und jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Fach und seinen eigenen Kühlschrank. Die Buchung von Frühstück per App und auch Check-In und Öffnen der Türen per App hat gut funktioniert. Über die App wurden wir auch einmal zum Gratis Glühweintrinken auf der Terrasse und Gratis Kakao trinken im nahegelegenen Partnerhotel eingeladen. Zusätzlich gab es Rabatte z.B. beim Skigeschäft. Der Mitarbeiter Facundo war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Aufzug war winzig.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Grand Hostel.
Pros:

Tolles und stilvolles Hostel mit Humorvollem Flair. Sehr komfortable Küche mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Lage für allerlei Aktivitäten.

Cons:

Die Tische in der Küche dürften etwas grösser sein🫣😉.

toller Aufenthalt für Familien und Gruppen in optimaler Lage zu einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Konzept der Unterkunft war von A bis Z stimmig, spürbar und authentisch. Die Planung, Vorbereitung und Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Codes und Zugänge funktionierten, die Lage ist optimal gegenüber des Bahnhofs und nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufsgelegenheiten entfernt. Direkt vis-à-vis ist ein avec-Shop für das Nötigste. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ebenso wie die beiden Gemeinschaftsküchen, wo grossen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Kühlfach und Schränkchen, um Nahrungsmittel aufzubewahren. Alles (Türen und Fächer) sind unkompliziert via App steuerbar und zugänglich. Die Mitarbeitenden sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften problemlos unser Gepäck im Gepäckraum deponieren an unserem letzten Skitag. Praktisch war ausserdem, dass die Skier, Schuhe usw. im Flur aufbewahrt werden konnten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut, das Haus ist toll und unbedingt empfehlenswert, so dass wir jederzeit wiederkommen würden.
