الفندق جيد ولكن الدخول له صعب بسبب التطبيق لم يكن لديناواي فإي لتنزيل التطبيق الأمر الذي صعب دخولنا للفندق في البدايه ولكن الطاقم كان جيد تعاملوا معنا بشكل جيد لهذا اقترح ان يكون على الأقل في بداية الدخول للفندق موظف يشرح ويسهل للنزلاء عملية الدخول

صور الغرفه عند الحجز لم تكن واضحه أو ثلاثية الأبعاد
لم يسمح لنا بدخول طفله بالرغم من ان الغرفه ثلاثيه
الدخول كان مرتبط بتنزيل تطبيق ووجود إنترنت الأمر صعب بالنسبه للنزلاء المسنين

Top Lage, zweckmässig und sauber
Pros:

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage unmittelbar am Bahnhof Engelberg und im Dorf. Einfaches digitales Check-in- und Schlüsselsystem. Trotzdem erfolgte völlig überraschend eine persönliche und freundliche Begrüssung. Das Familienzimmer ist komfortabel, war sauber und enthielt alles Wesentliche.

Cons:

Etwas laute Nachbarschaft (Restaurant mit Terrasse/Bar) – dafür kann das Hotel jedoch wenig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte für uns leider nicht.

The registration in the app and the key in the phone are a bit cumbersome. It worked well on my phone but my wife could not get it working on here phone.

Pros:

The staff was really friendly and explained everything clearly. There’s a common kitchen that guests can share, and each room has its own fridge — very convenient! The location was perfect for walking around the village and getting to the cable car station to Titlis. Highly recommend this place!

الفندق نظامه حلو وتجربه جديد
نظيف تعامل الموظف اللي استقبلنا ممتاز
كل شي يتم عن طريق الابلكيشن مالهم فيه كل شي المفتاح و التواصل معاهم عن طريقة بشكل سريع
اخذنا غرفة عائلية فيها 8 اسرة و حمامين
فيه مطبخين تحت مشتركين للكل و في المطبخ ثلاجة و كبت صغير يقفلون بمفتاح الغرفة خاص لكل غرفة
تجربة حلوة تصلح ليومين ثلاثة
مكانه بالسنتر ما يحتاج تحرك السيارة كل شي قريب منه
عندهم خدمة غسيل الملابس بس ما جربتها
وفي عندهم فطور هم ماجربته

Perfect social hotel if you like to explore new things and prepare food to stay in budget.
Pros:

A new way of travelling for boomers like us. We struggled a bit with checkin but a host helped us directly and guided us around. The shared kitchen was amazing, a social thing with respect for each other. Spacious kitchen with room to sit in and outside. We watched worldcup football with other families in the kitchen (huge television). Hotel is in the center so supermarkets are closeby, public transport is closeby.

Cons:

The room was not too big, rather small. My husband is 1m94 and the bed was too small. Luckily we had a room for 3 so I could sleep above and he could sleep diagonal in the lower bed. It was summer so light cloths. But I can not imagine this room for 3 persons in winter for skiing.
