The resort includes several hotels, and guests may be assigned a room in any of them. The assigned hotel will be confirmed upon check-in at Holiday World Resort.
The beach club located in front of the beach is free of charge for guests who have booked the all-inclusive plan. Guests who have booked other meal plans must pay an additional fee. The beach club is open from April to October.
The hotel has a new access system. Guests will receive a digital RFID wristband to ensure safety, comfort, and accessibility during their stay.
A deposit must be paid for the wristband. A deposit of EUR 25 is required per wristband, which will be refunded at check-out. For reservations of 2 adults and 2 children, the deposit is EUR 100. In case of loss of the wristband, the deposit must be paid again. For a replacement wristband, the deposit will be EUR 50 per unit.
In accordance with Law 11/2021 of July 9 on measures for the prevention and fight against tax fraud, cash payments of EUR 1000 or more (or equivalent in foreign currency) will not be accepted. For individuals who can prove they do not have tax residency in Spain and are not acting as a business or professional, cash payments of EUR 10000 or more (or equivalent) are also not accepted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Ambientación del resort, espectáculos, restaurante buffet, calidad de la comida, zona piscinas, aparcamiento, etc. y por supuesto el personal, todo genial.
Especial mención al parque de agua, perfectamente ambientado, con 5 piscinas, 2 toboganes, bar, restaurante, etc. Muy chulo y que hace las delicias de todos, aunque especialmente el de los niños claro.
Hay un autobús interno que pasar cada aprox. 10 minutos que te mueve internamente y es de muy agradecer.
La playa tampoco anda muy lejos, a unos 10 minutos andando desde donde te deja el autobús.
En definitiva, aunque sea mucho lo que pagas por noche, el resort te lo devuelve.
Muy muy recomendable en todos los sentidos.
Sinceramente nada reseñable para comentar como mejorable. Es verdad que un par de días las habitaciones nos las hicieron pasadas las 15.00, lo cual es un poco molesto si justo acabas de llegar de comer, pero siempre estaban impecables.
Autocarros com transporte para o Beach Club; embora ainda houvesse um bom caminho a percorrer
Reservei no booking para o Polynesia e fiquei com reserva para o Riwo; o Polynesia parece actual enquanto o Riwo aparenta ter 30 anos
Comida sem tempero nenhum; pouca variedade

Personnel très accueillant que ce soit les serveurs et les agents d entretiens autour des piscines toujours le sourire
Les équipements des chambres , la propreté , des cafards dans les couloirs du bas ! chambre pour 4 , deux chaises en terrasse pas de quoi étendre le linge , pas de pommeau de douche, pas de cafetière en sachant que rien ouvre avant 9h à l hôtel distributeur de machine à café en panne à l’accueil … aucune ambiance le soir pour qui ne veux pas assister au spectacle de magie ou autre peu représentatif de l Espagne les animation de journée autour de la piscine pas super toujours la même chose chaque jour. pour trouver un transat il faudrait ce lever a 6h pour déposer une serviette vu que tout le monde bloque en avance les transats à partir de 8h sachant que la piscine n ouvre qu’à 10h donc impossible d’en avoir un !

Location: 3 hotels out of the way which was quieter. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach and the marina is 10 minutes by taxi which is around €12
Atmosphere: There was no atmosphere. Everything was closed inside the resort at RIWO including indoor bar, outdoor park, crazy golf until 6pm in the evening.
Rooms: A nice spacious room and balcony for us all but could do with updating. Floors weren't very clean either.
Value: We paid £5,500 for a family of 4 and we were so disappointed. It was extortionate for what we had and made me feel sick we saved all that money for very basic hotel..definitely not worth 4* 3* maximum
Sunbeds and pool area: the pool was more of a splash pool for younger children not teenagers. The sunbeds did not recline. If you wanted reclining sunbeds you had to pay extra for a secluded experience.
Tokens: As there was only the outdoor bar to get drinks this often got crowded with queues and could only use one toke n per person and if you lost it you had to pay a €1.
Food: the food was very repetitive and boring.
Waterpark: This was nice although you had to pay extra for inflatables €30 and you get €10 back at the end.
I wish we had read the reviews before coming as we could have gone back to the 5* hotel elsewhere for the same price. We were so disappointed with the hotel. It didnt feel like an all inclusive holiday as snacks, pool table, crazy golf were all at an extra cost. We will not be going back.
No me gustó para lo q cuesta la comida regular solo un poco mejor los sábados y domingos pero de lunes a viernes regular ..el tema de limpieza d la habitación era mucha veces la 4 de la tarde y todavía estaba la habitación sin arreglar..y sobre el tema parque con lo q cuesta y es todo incluido pero flotadores y varias cosas más hay q pagar me parece muy fuerte

Reserva indica ao engano visto que só no dia do check in é que se sabe qual o hotel que se fica , quartos um pouco degradados e camas horríveis , dormir no chão ou na cama não via diferença
O tudo incluído um bocado ao engano também visto que tem de se pagar certas coisas que deveriam estar incluídas

La buena disposicion del personal, amables e imaginativos para dar soluciones. Yo habia reservado en Polinesia pero me destinaron s Riwo que es un hotel muy inferior en instalaciones. Me compensaron con otra pulsera para poder ir a ambos. El personal de Polinesia en el comedor, sin embargo, se mostro desconfiado y pusieron algunas pegas. Mis hijos no quisieron volver a cenar alli. Los empleadoz del Riwo son mucho mas profesionales
El Riwo esta desactualizado, hay detalles de baja calidad como el champú (muy malo), el papel higiénico, aire acondicionado anticuado y ruidoso. La zona de juegos es muy pobre y los monitores de la piscina desorganizados y poco implicados

La animación era la mayoría enfocada a gente inglesa.
