When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the resort has various hotels, and guests may be allocated to any one of the hotels inside the resort. Guests will receive confirmation of the hotel assigned when checking in at Holiday World Resort.

Please note the beachfront water park is free of charge for guest with an all-inclusive meal plan. Guests with other meal plans can access this facility for an extra charge. The water park opens from April to October

When booking Full board, please note that drinks are not included.

Please note that there is a new access system for clients to the hotel. Clients will receive a digital RFID wristband increasing the security, comfort and accessibility of our guests during their stay.

Wristbands will incur a deposit per wristband. Guests will pay a deposit for each bracelet that will be returned to them upon departure. It is established that the deposit is €25 per bracelet, so for a reservation of 2 adults and 2 children the deposit will be €100. In case of loss of the bracelet, the client pays with the deposit for the lost bracelet, but for the new bracelet the deposit will become €50 per bracelet.

In accordance with Law 11/2021, of 9th July, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud, cash payments equal to or greater than €1,000 or their equivalent in foreign currency, or cash payments equal to or greater than €10,000 or their equivalent in foreign currency will not be accepted when the payer is an individual who can prove that they are not resident for tax purposes in Spain and are not acting in their capacity as a businessperson or professional.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The staff were amazing especially Sergio. Who was so kind and helpfully. He really looked after us and made sure we had the best experience possible.
My daughter loved the mini disco and the spa which was a little bonus as the time we went the outside swimming pool was too cold so being able to use the indoor swimming pool was lovely.

Pusryčiai ir krosanai patiko.

Cons:

Buvome užsakę viešbutį 4 žvaigždučių, o apgyvendino mus sename korpuse (Riwo viešbutyje), kuris atitinka max 3, tai labai sugadino patirtį. Tai tikrai neatitinka kainos ir kokybės santykio. Viskas pasenę, nusidėvėję. Nenorėčiau grįžti.

Los artistas que amenizaron el lunes 23 y 24 de febrero (chesca y Pablo) el equipo de animación y los camareros y encargados del comedor, sin atrás a los recepcionistas y las limpiadoras.

Hotel bardzo interesujący pod względem architektonicznym, z dużą liczbą miejsc parkingowych. Pokoje są przestronne i codziennie starannie sprzątane. Obsługa miła, uprzejma i zawsze pomocna.
Na terenie hotelu znajduje się wiele atrakcji dla dzieci – sala gier oraz bawialnia, w której można zostawić dziecko pod opieką animatorów. Wjazd na teren obiektu jest strzeżony przez prywatną ochronę, co zapewnia dodatkowe poczucie bezpieczeństwa.
Wyżywienie urozmaicone i smaczne – każdy może najeść się do syta. Dużym atutem jest również bliskość pięknej, szerokiej, piaszczystej plaży oraz szybki dojazd z lotniska w Maladze.

Amit szeretnék külön megköszönni, hogy kértem ha lehetne, korábban foglalhatjuk el a szobánkat, mivel a repülőgépünk reggel érkezett meg, és amikor a szállásra értünk, meglepetésemre már rendben volt a szoba, így fel is mehetünk lepihenni, mert éjjel utaztunk. Ez nagyon jól esett, és hálás vagyok érte. Utólag is Köszönöm szépen.
