I'm very happy to have stayed in a Toyoko Inn for the second time.
Pros:

I liked everything. I will stay in a Toyoko Inn in Seoul and Busan in the future.

Cons:

What could I not like? It was too hot when I arrived in the room, so I turned the temperature down to 22 degrees, but this is not a complaint.

Pros:

21階のシングルルームを用意していただけました。窓から海が眺められ、室内の設備も充実していました。加湿器、セーフティボックス、湯沸かしポットなど。朝食も美味しかったです。朝食会場の隅に、洗濯機と乾燥機もありました。コンビニは50メートルぐらいでe-martがあり、飲み物や軽食も調達できます。2泊で約17000円なら、コスパは日本の東横イン以上です。

Pros:

The towels, beddings and free to use night wear are sanitized - smells really clean.
There's an open pantry with microwave-very essential when you bought and bring in an outside food.
There's a water dispenser at the lobby. You don't need to buy when you have a tumbler.
Washer or Laundry area is open 24/7.
Just a few steps away from the bus stop and airport limousine waiting area, haeundae beach, market and pedestrian shopping street.
Walking distance to Blueline Sky Park and Haeundae Tower.

Cons:

Everything else is bearable.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal en bord de mer et proche de la station Haeundae. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

La chambre n'est pas très bien isolée et mon voisin était hélas bruyant. La salle de petit déjeuner est également très bruyante et bondée en ce weekend férié. Et attention buffet local, dépaysement garanti mais à éviter si vous préférez un petit déj continental.

Pros:

정말 좋았던 점은 위치였습니다. 숙소 맞은 편에 바로 해운댸 해수욕장이 있었고, 동백섬 해리단길 맛집 카페까지 모두 도보가 가능해서 접근성이 최고였습니다. 예약 당시 가장 우려되었던 건 주차 불가 객실이라 주차 문제였는데요. 비수기 평일 여행이라 그런지 다행히 해운대 공영 주차장에 여유롭게 주차를 할 수 있었습니다. 주차장에서 바로 눈 앞에 호텔이 보일 정도로 가깝고요. 특히 횡단보도 바로 옆인 좌측 안쪽에 주차를 추천합니다. 길 한 번만 건너면 최적의 동선으로 호텔까지 이동 가능하고요. 비수기 1일 주차 요금이 8천원인데, 하이브리드 저공해 차량은 50% 할인이 돼, 1일 4천원이라는 합리적인 요금으로 이용 가능하니 참고하시길 바랍니다. 마지막으로 조식이 맛있어서 꽤 놀랐습니다. 다른 지역 토요코인도 이용해 봐서 비슷한 수준이겠거니 기대가 없었는데요. 무료 조식 대비 라인업도 괜찮았고 조리장 님들 손 맛이 좋으신 건지 음식 맛 자체가 좋았습니다.

엘리베이터 속도가 느리고 기계 소음이 크게 들려 오르고 내리는 동안 불안한 마음이 들었습니다. 그리고 부직포 소재로 된 다회용 슬리퍼를 맨발에 신기가 찝찝해서 실내화를 따로 챙겨 갔는데요. 환경 보호를 위해 다회용 슬리퍼를 사용한다면 적어도 세척 이용이 가능햐 소재였으면 좋겠습니다. 마지막으로 직원분들이 불친절하지도 않았지만 타지역 토요코인 대비 친절하지도 않으셨습니다. 관광객들의 이용이 많은 지점이라 힘드셔서 그런 건지 상냥한 응대는 없었습니다.

- 체크인때 영수증을 요청했으나, 퇴실할때 요청하면 주겠다고 했음. 무슨 차이가 있는지 알수 없었음.

- 예약 할때 금액과 실제로 결제된 금액이 다르고(금액 증가)하였고(사기성 의심), 영수증 금액은 더 증가하였음.(사유를 설명하지 않음)
→ 예약 금액(인터넷 금액/예약 완료에서 통보한 금액, 실제로 결제된 금액, 영수증 금액이 모두 다름)
- 바닥과 욕실에 긴 여자 머리카락이 많았음. 청소 상태 불량하였음.
