la chambre est spacieuse avec un balcon donnant sur la vue des montagnes Eiger Männlichen, l'espace SPA est trop propre avec Sauna, Hammam, jacuzzi, espace détente, choix au petit déjeuner, qualité repas pris le soir au restaurant

Cons:

Le prix du parking a inclure directement dans le prix de la réservation pour éviter la surprise à l'arrivée.

A nice relaxing stay with a beautiful view.
Pros:

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good and provided a variety of options.
The spa area was great. The spa staff was wonderful and the setting was a perfect way to relax and rejuvinate for the next day.

Cons:

The fan in our room did not work. We reported the issue but the fan was not replaced or fixed during our stay. The hotel room was a little old and could have used some updating.

The beds was really comfy.

Cons:

There was a lot of construction work going on when we visited so really noisy in morning times. Especially when trying to have breakfast.

Super Erholungshotel mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich ist definitiv ein Erlebnis. Es ist schon sehr angenehm, in einem beheizten Pool zu sitzen, während es um einen herum frostig kalt ist. Die anderen Bereiche des Spa's haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da diese ''Nacktzone'' sind.
Das (Bade)Zimmer bot alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Eine Dusche wäre mir persönlich lieber gewesen als eine Badewanne, das ist aber geschmackssache. Schlappen und Bademantel für den Spa Bereich liegen im Zimmer bereit.
Das Restaurant im Hotel ist geschmacklich definitiv ein Highlight, daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
Der Preis dafür ist zwar hoch, aber dafür werden hohe Erwartungen auch definitiv erfüllt.
Einzig die marginale Auswahl auf der Speisekarte für Hauptgerichte könnte man kritisieren.
Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich.
Der Balkon im Zimmer, der auch für Raucher geeignet ist, ist für jemanden mit einer elektrischen Zigarette Gold wert.
Das Bett und die Bettdecken/Kissen sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Bei einem Preis von fast 600 CHF für 3 Nächte darf ich erwarten, dass es in meinem Zimmer nicht dauerhaft kühl ist und durch die geschlossene Balkontür keine kalte Zugluft reinkommt. Schallisolierung ist auch ein Fremdwort. Man hört jedes Auto von der Hauptstraße, die direkt vor dem Hotel lang geht, nur wenig leiser als mit offenen Fenstern.
Auch kann die Temperatur nicht reguliert werden. Es ist schon höchst merkwürdig, wenn es im Flur deutlich wärmer als im Zimmer ist.
Wären die Fenster und Balkontür einfach 100% dicht, wäre es wahrscheinlich auch deutlich wärmer im Zimmer.
Das ''alte Holzhütten Feeling'' ist dafür auch kein Argument. Auch historisch alte Holzgebäude kann man gescheit abdichten.
Dieser Kritikpunkt ist im Sommer zu vernachlässigen, im Winter aber umso bedeutender.

Die Anbindung an das Hotel mit dem ÖPNV ist anstrengend. Tagsüber einen 1h Takt und das nur bis kurz vor 20 Uhr. Danach fährt einfach gar kein Bus mehr.

Great foo.We had breakfast and dinner👌👍. Hotels staff was brilliant and very polite🤗. Very cosy and warm hotel in a good location of Interlaken. Top Spa facilities with a choice of saunas, massage and outdoor swimming pool/jacuzzi👌
Would definitely recommend this hotel and it also accepts you with your four legs 🐕🐩 loved ones 😊
