Close to the river
Pros:

Tired furniture that didn’t really fit the room.
We were told that you couldn’t use the pool after 10pm but people were sat round it until 1am drinking and keeping us awake after a very long day.
The staff were helpful. You’re a little walk to the river where you can get a great view and eat.

Pros:

La atención del personal fue buena y cordial. La piscina se veía agradable (aunque no llegamos a utilizarla). El desayuno es correcto y suficiente.

Cons:

La estadía fue correcta, pero hay varios aspectos a mejorar. Observamos que las almohadas tenían fundas del cubrecama y no de sábanas, lo que nos generó incomodidad desde el punto de vista de la higiene. Además, las almohadas no resultaban cómodas.

El agua de la ducha alternaba entre muy fría y muy caliente, siendo difícil regular la temperatura. El televisor, si bien es de buen tamaño, está ubicado sobre una de las camas, por lo que al levantarse durante la noche existe riesgo de golpearse.

También nos llamó la atención la cantidad de advertencias y carteles sobre sanciones o multas para los huéspedes. Al momento del ingreso se solicita dejar una garantía o fotocopia de la tarjeta de crédito y, al realizar el check-out, el personal revisa la habitación. Comprendemos que pueden ser políticas internas, pero el ambiente resultó poco relajado.

Por último, consideramos que la tarifa abonada fue elevada en relación con el servicio ofrecido, especialmente comparado con otros alojamientos de la misma categoría.

Muy limpio y habitaciones amplias, cómodas. El tele no funcionaba, la mampara del baño si no la cerras bien se va todo el agua al resto del baño.

Pros:

Ficamos impressionados com o hotel, o quarto era excelente, amplo e confortável. O banheiro maravilhoso com todos os itens necessários. Café da manhã delicioso.

Único ponto que deixou a desejar foi estacionamento, são poucas vagas na frente do hotel, não chegamos a ficar sem vaga, mas acredito que não tem suficiente.
