We attended a concert at vapor. It was fantastic to stay and not have to walk out in the cold.
In the morning we got to see a few of the horse’s warm ups.

wonderful getaway
Pros:

Room design felt great and elegant. Pool was very clean. Beds were pretty good. Really enjoyed it.

Cons:

The only thing that was wrong was the huge puffy pillows. Can't sleep on those. need brighter light in bathroom. A bottle of Saratoga water would be nice. Whirlpool didn't work properly, but still nice environment.

The hotel is worth every penny.
Pros:

The casino was incredibly clean and luxurious. The staff were very polite and welcoming and the food was tremendous.

Cons:

I didn’t like how limited that parking area for the hotel was and often had to park far away and walk in the snow with my girlfriend to get back to the lobby after getting dinner.

first time staying and we had a great time. Overall, a very nice experience.
Pros:

The room and the hotel were very nice. The staff was excellent and attentive. The facilities use of filtered water systems and soap/shampoo dispensers is great to see. Mortons Steak House was inhouse and provided an excellent meal and exceptional service. What the facility lacked we found very close by with several Farmers Markets and an excellent lunch spot called LAGO by Druthers. Right on the lake with excellent food, service and beer selection.

Cons:

The outdated, in-room coffee maker. The Starbucks Cafe Verona coffee was nice but that's where it ended. Also, the fact that there isn't a breakfast spot on the property was a letdown. The small "marketplace" in the lobby area was second rate at best with premade sandwiches being brought in and packaged muffins which you needed to self-serve with a bar coder system which was a pain in the ass to use. I actually watched several elderly people give up and put the item back and walk away.

Loved the hotel. They have free shuttle takes you everywhere you want to go and you just call they come and pick you up - wish more hotels had that service

Would definitely stay again. The property and surrounding area is extremely nice.
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean property, very professional and courteous staff.

Cons:

No real restaurant available except for $$$$ Morton's Steakhouse, and that's only open for dinner at 5p and only Wed-Sun, no room service either. However, places to eat are a short distance drive.

Cons:

I was on line to book a room at your location. Some how or another when I booked the room etc. I ended up with a company known as Booking.com. I didn't want them, but when I realized what happened it was to late. I wanted to book the room directly with your hotel.
