the late start times of the shuttle and the wait for the shuutle
Hotel/Casino is in a great location and nice and close to SPAC. Hotel shuttle was great and worked out perfect.
Dirty stained pillow cases place on floor by the door to be changed. Came back to room after being cleaned and found dirty pillows on the bed. Went out and had housekeeping change them.
Sink was clogging.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Upon arrival had a few difficulties with the rooms, The Bathroom on 2 changes if room were not clean to my preference. The grout and tiles to bathroom were dirty,not clean to the standards it suppose to be,We are super particular with cleanliness especially ultimately with the bathroom.But I do commend your Staff after us showing where the uncleanliness were with proof on tissue ripped over tile and grout.At the end happy with the rooms Cirdislly Elizabeth Santiago and Francisco Rubio Jr.
Beautiful rooms and grounds. Helpful staff. The shuttle to the from SPAC was so great.
The cost of food in the lobby store was to much but it was convenient.
Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom didnt have enough bright light and for the price I needed a microwave to reheat my dinner and there wasnt one. Atmosphere was excellent and it was clean.
Not enough lighting in bathroom to see to put makeup on.

I liked the location and the size of the rooms. I liked the convenience of the market for a quick bite. I especially liked the water stations on each floor and the free charging for my car. The property had a lot of nice little extras for guests.
My only complaint is that the pool was not open until 9am. I really like to exercise in the morning and was not able to do so. I understand that the pool is near the guest rooms and loud shouting from children would not be ideal. Perhaps do an adult-only time from 7am-9am and the open to family swim at 9am. Thanks!
The size and amenities
Very well maintained
Very professional staff. Hotel is clean and safe. My only "complaint" is that the rooms are very dark. I could not read a newspaper late in the evening because the lighting is inadequate. Ditto the lighting in the bathroom. I could not put on any make-up because it's too dark.

This is a great hotel - spacious, nicely furnished, clean rooms - and courteous, professional staff throughout. Complimentary shuttle to the Saratoga Racetrack for the Belmont Stakes week was a plus. Not the hotel's fault, but someone in the room above (or below) us chose to ignore regulations and was smoking, evidently blowing smoke into the HVAC vent, which resulted in unpleasant odors in our room for several hours late one night (front desk was notified).
Also, limited casual food options mid-week after 9pm - only the 'Perks Market Place', which is essentially a small, self-service 'grab & go' room, with a microwave, off the hotel lobby. And breakfast is limited to the aforementioned 'grab & go' with breakfast sandwiches Still, one of better hotels - accommodations wise - in the area, and highly recommended, especially for those who enjoy the casino scene.
The room was great, lots of space, and comfortable. The decor was old-world luxurious.
Room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is just outside of the downtown but they have a free shuttle that we took advantage of. our driver Bob said to just call { we were provided a card with the number and instructions}, we called at the end of our evening and Bob was there in less than 10 minutes, great service.

Zoals de naam al zegt was er een casino aan het hotel verbonden. Daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar werd niet als negatidf ervaren.

3 stars of 5 is due to Saratoga Racino aka Casino used to be in better favor not only by giving $10.00 of free plays and some coupons for the meals but slots was in better adjustments. Now you get some freespins and winning opportunity only after $50.00. What personally i find higher merge because not everyone visiting casino with the full pocket of cash but socializing and just have some short gateway especially senior citizens and/or retirees from North Carolina and Geneva, Buffalo areas. Otherwise Saratoga Racino aka Casino is quite small, cozy, clean and friendly neighborhood.
