Friends trip
Pros:

Large room. very clean, comfortable beds and pillows.We didn't go to the casino but the hotel was very nice. Having the shuttle to town is a nice convience.

Never disappoints!
Pros:

This is our 5 th stay at this hotel and we are already booked for next year. The facilities are spotless and every single staff member we encountered was welcoming, friendly. Their smiles and care for guests made our stay outstanding. The shuttle is a tremendous value added service. The cool dip in the pool after a warm afternoon at the races just made our day !

Cons:

Would really like to see a mid range sit down restaurant on property. We enjoyed the food we ordered thru the casino bar staff . It was very good but would like a sit down table away from casino / track , nice to get a break from the machine noise.

Sehr toll!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Es gibt aber einen Shuttlebus mit einem unglaublich netten Fahrer der unglaublich viel über die Stadt erzählen kann. Nach einem Anruf und einer Wartezeit von ca. 5 Minuten wurden wir von ihm dann abends wieder in der Stadt abgeholt. Spitzenservice!!! Das komplette Personal im Hotel war unglaublich freundlich!!!!

Navette hyper pratique pour aller au spac. Piscine super et peu fréquentée , très propre.

Cons:

Ii faudrait mettre de quoi suspendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain pour qu'elles puissent sécher, car à 5, un seul petit crochet ne suffit pas. Machine à café avec des dosettes énormes en plastique, pas écologiques du tout...on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is nice, room was very spacious. Shuttle is awesome, all you have to do is call the driver and they will take you anywhere you want, and pick you up whenever you are ready, and driver are so friendly and helpful with places to go or have dinner. Only complain would be that there are no breakfast dining options at all in the hotel, and the casino does not offer table gaming.

The shuttle was wonderful. The drivers to the shuttle were wonderful. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff was very polite. The room was huge. We had a track view. It was beautiful. The steakhouse was delicious. The service there was great and then I think there was Lucky Joe’s yes Lucky Joe’s was the name of it their turkey club, their grilled cheese and tomato were fire
