The Saratoga Casino Hotel provided us with a great mid winter get away. The room was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic and the meal we had at the Restaurant/bar was outstanding. A quick car ride to the downtown area let us sample some of the wonderful ambiance Saratoga is famous for.

I think the parking should be separate for the hotel than the casino, it was hard to find a parking spot for the hotel.

Size and design of rooms are outstanding; truly exceptional at this price point.
Staff is impersonal. There is no restaurant in the complex or within walking distance. And I've seen better toilet paper in a .Motel 6. This is primarily a casino with hotel service clearly secondary.
It was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy dinner at Morton's and then go for a swim and relax in the Jacuzzi. All 3 things were shut down and I was not notified prior to my stay or while checking in! Such a disappointment! One of the worst birthday experiences I have ever had! And no room options with balconies! I'm pretty sure I was one of like 3 quests and now I know why!

Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The location of the room was good with a view of the track but the HVAC for the building outside was loud and we could hear it constantly. Wish we had been given notice of where the room was located, we probably would have asked to be moved to a room away from it.
