They told a person that my room was their room and they walked up to the door and knocked and I thought it was my daughter. They almost came in my room.! Manager Marvin said he would refund one night due to this and I don’t see that this has been done. I spoke with him on 4/12

Loved staying here! Was my first time in Saratoga Springs and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. Having the casino there was fun. We stayed over the weekend and woke up to horse racing in the morning. It was a blast!

Honestly the food presentation and quality was just awful.
It was simply disgusting ,how is it possible that a supposed luxury resort casino hotel serves such crap.
