Pros:

The room was absolutely fabulous. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is right near the water and shopping with parking on site. The pool is indoor and open.

Cons:

For spending as much as we did it was very disappointing to walk into a lobby over taken by a wedding party. As the night went on children were running around in open areas and you could hear everyone in the hallways even though signs are posted about noise.

Location was ok.

Cons:

Air conditioner too noisy! No coffee other than Keurig in the room. For $600+ for room, a continental breakfast would have been lovely! We felt the staff was not friendly.

We will stay here again!
Pros:

Our room was very clean and organized. The view faced the town of Salem, which was pretty, everything in our room worked properly, and our bed was comfortable. It was my birthday and when we arrived there were balloons and a gift from the hotel staff waiting for me, it was so sweet!

Great place to stay for the weekend.
Pros:

The rooms are always well-appointed and comfortable. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We couldn't be happier with the location of the property, which is why we have chosen to stay here year after year.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was fine. We did not run into any concerns and check in was a breeze.
