Beautiful location. But if you are looking for friendly staff , look elsewhere
Pros:

Excellent decor and the in hotel restaurant was delicious

Cons:

Staff couldn’t be bothered. My check in was rude and check out was irritated by my questions about breakfast. I was unimpressed with service here

Awesome place for a comfortable gateaway
Pros:

Awesome location. Very clean, well maintained, and comfortable

Cons:

No breakfast option available on MLK (Monday). Staff also mentioned no breakfast options were available on Tuesdays either, due to low/winter season. Not a big problem since there are plenty of options around.

Beautiful Hotel and a great location!
Pros:

Location was amazing, rooms were beautiful and staff were super friendly.

Cons:

Not all of our towels were clean and the pool didn’t seem super clean either.

What a wonderful town loved Every minute of it can't wait to return.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was very nice. All the food was very good and delicious can improve on the coffee.

The location, and room were great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I would have changed is that the restaurant lists its hours as being open late, but in fact, the kitchen is not...that closes and it was not convenient to those of us that were not given a heads up. It's just the bar that is open late.

Below average and disappointing
Pros:

Hotel called Salem Waterfront! It is nowhere near any water. Totally misleading. It is facing a multi storey carpark

Cons:

Location. Opposite multi level car park Walls paper thin. Catering dismal.
