Excelente ubicación, seguro y tranquilo.

The breakfast was really nice. They had pancakes, orange juice, eggs, toast and different kinds of fruit! They made it there so it was fresh. The reception clerk was really nice and help me book transportation to the monteverde cloud forest! She also called to see if they have any guided tours and what time! I really appreciate it. I was on the second floor it was nice in the evening to look at the sunset from the balcony! Room was basic but clean. I enjoyed my stay there. Area seem safe.

Older hotel with a beautiful view. Very convenient location. The room I stayed in had basic comforts. Staff was helpful and friendly.

However, the walls are very thin. I could hear another guest coughing nextdoor all night. The light outside my room was very bright, and the curtains on the window were not enough to block it out. I ended up hanging a blanket up to make the room dark enough to sleep.

This is a family run hotel and the service was excellent throughout. Cristina welcomed us and was so very helpful with everything we needed.
Convenient for town and with a couple of good local restaurants on the doorstep.

EXCELLENT all-around. Very QUIET, awesome room that overlooked the ocean from a distance. Short walk to town, restaurants nearby, great included breakfast. Staff was super-nice. Tours pick up at Hotel. RECOMMEND!

Hôtel vieillissant dont les mûrs très mince n'offre aucunne insonorisation on entendais le voisin éternuer, uriner. La propreté moyenne, il y avait du sang sur un rideau. J'ai demandé un devis pour un transport pour Liberia, et c'était $25. De plus que payé à un agence à proximité, j'ai demandé comment me rendre à la montagne aux nuages, et ils me proposaient un transport privé, alors qu'il y a un transport publique efficace et beaucoup moins onéreux.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was tasty and filling.
The only negative is that locating the Hotel can be difficult due it not being on a prominent street and lack of signage.

This place looks old and not well maintained. The sheets were very old and stained.

Loved this hotel. The breakfast was great and the staff super friendly. Super nice sunset views. Rooms were great. Know that there is no air conditioning or heat, but in my view it wasn't necessary. Great value for the money. Wifi was great. Hot shower. Great breakfast. Great staff. Great location.

Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. No TV in room. Keep in mind places with TVs typically only had Spanish programing.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful, picturesque location. The bedrooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was freshly cooked and great. The hotel is situated within a five-minute walk. The Manageress Christina was an excellent host, always on hand to help.

Beautiful wood construction and authentic costa rican feel. Very comfortable and best value of anywhere i stayed on my trip.

The Hotel was difficult to find. The one sign was old and very difficult to read. The hotel is located at the end of a residential neighborhood and there were dogs barking, motorcycles roaring, people talking loudly, etc.
This is our 8th trip to CR and our 2nd time in this area. This is a backpackers dream location, with plenty of hiking.
Just not quite enough for my liking.

Our hotel hosts were very hospitable and took good care of us, not only for stay but also for local transport and tour vouchers. Excellent ‘home cooked’ breakfast in the morning. Room lacks coffee or tea, but hotel hosts/staff accommodate requests for coffee any time. Pleased Witt the stay, lovely family run boutique hotel!
