Pros:

Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný. Zejména obsluha u bazénu nám stále zapínala vířivku a relaxační vodní masáže v bazénu, i když jsme tam byly samy.

Cons:

U snídaně při pokusu si objednat oběd nám bylo řečeno, že se vybírá ze 3 jídel, přitom všude bylo napsáno, že oběd je formou bufetu.

Ruhige Lage am Park, Stadtzentrum fußläufig, HP sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft, Service (Rezeption, Zimmer, Restaurant) sehr gut, Buchung von Wellnessangeboten unkompliziert

Cons:

Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung ok - bei zwei Personen wird's eng, es fehlt u.a. an Ablagemöglichkeit für einen zweiten Koffer. Hatte zwei Ayurveda-Ölmassagen gebucht. Dazu musste ich mich vor einem männlichen Behandler komplett entkleiden - in Indien und Sri Lanka ein No-go!

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab nahezu alles, was man benötigt. Sehr schön am Kanal gelegen, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß in das Zentrum. Parkplatz pro Tag nur 4€. Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich. Wi-Fi hat ohne Probleme sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

SEHR hellhörige Zimmer, so dass man nahezu jedes Wort im Nachbarzimmer verstehen kann.
Ameisen im Bad. Undichtes Waschbecken, so dass das ganze Bad nass war.

Pros:

The location is very good. Pool area was also nice and not crowded at all.

Cons:

Some member of stuff acted a bit arrogant. Like we were an inconvenience to them. They weren't rude or anything but it wouldn't hurt to be nicer and treat visitors as customers.
Also I did not like that saunas where not included in the price (when it said "wellness included" I assumed saunas as well).

tichá lokalita, blízko do centra

Cons:

Malá kúpelka, nezmyselne šikmo umiestnené WC, sprchový kút netesnil, odpadnutá lišta, poškodené tesnenie.
Vo welness v bazéne studená voda, komplikovaný vstup do vírivky.

Hotellet var helt ok, men jeg kommer nok ikke tilbake hit. Synes det var veldig dårlig luft både i resepsjonen og på rom

Dårlig luft og dårlig middagsbuffet. Bildene lyver i forhold til hvordan det faktisk ser ut her. Rart at man ikke kan ta med seg kaffekoppen opp på rommet.
