Cama afundava e o travesseiro não era o melhor, ventilador barulhento, porém é algo passavel uma vez que estava cansada e só precisava de um quarto para dormir.

As fotos do anuncio nao condizem com a realidade do quarto que me foi ofertado. No anúncio mostra banheiro reformado, frigobar semi novo, quarto com tv e o que me foi ofertado o banheiro era antigo com azulejos soltando, frigobar detonado, tv sem possibilidade de uso porque o pino do cabo de energia estava cortado. Fora o fato de um quarto para 3 pessoas ter apenas 1 tomada.

As camas fazem barulho.No demais td certo.

Poderia mudar o horário do café que é 6:30h para 6:00h quem pega o trem fica impossível tomar o café!

I have never written a bad review on here, but this place it by far the worst place I have stayed at and people should be warned.

If you find yourself forced to sleep at this hotel (or try to sleep because you will not get any sleep), ask for a room that is not facing the street! My room, supposedly the most expensive room, got all the street noise undamped since the hotel has not invested in windows you can close, instead it has grates, that face down to the street and let in all the noise and pollution. It is like sleeping on a bench in a bus station. Then the horrors truly started when the 24h street festival started. I measured 80 dB of noise in the room with all the "windows" closed, it was bad enough before, but this was like trying to sleep inside a club. The noise is way beyond even the legal daytime limit. Yet the Hotel did not offer a refund or even early checkout and refund the rest of the stay, even though they are breaking the law selling an accommodation where they cannot guarantee legal noise levels. Eventually, when this horrid festival was at an end they offered a different room, cheaper, but not refunding even the difference. I only attempted to sleep there one night, staying on the floor of a friends' place was better, someone that also lives in the center but it was far less noisy than this horror hotel.

The bottom line is that this hotel does not care about your wellbeing, they are happy to sell a room, where the noise levels are way beyond legal limits and will refuse to refund you. Think about this when eat their breakfast, which was also bad, or sleep in their beds. What else are they doing to cut corners?

Some other notable things:
- Breakfast is stale bread, stale cake, and fruit that is in some unsanitary looking closet.
- My room had a window opening, from another room. Literally someone could just look into my room from another room. I stayed in the most expensive type of room they had!

No aplicativo, o local aparecia disponível para reserva. Chegando lá, ele não estava mais.

Havia apenas uma tomada no quarto ( que ficava num local dificil). Travesseiros poderiam ser melhores , assim.como a coberta .Um apontamento seria melhorar um pouco a estrutura do quarto nos pontos citados acima. De qualquer forma, uma boa estadia . Voltaria .

A única sugestão que faço e que contemplaria ainda mais quem vai a trabalho é ter uma mesinha com uma cadeira no quarto. Ademais, ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com a estadia!
