Staff was great. But property is run down
Pros:

It was close to where we were visiting

Cons:

It said there was an open pool and we had our 11 ur old son with us and he was looking forward to swimming. Pool was not working. If I had known I would’ve rented elsewhere .electric problem in our room while there.

Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

The size of the room and bathroom were good. The breakfast each morning was lovely.

Cons:

The staff here could work on their customer service a little. Of all the staff we came across on our whole trip, this hotel had the least friendly staff. Philadelphia as a whole had questionable customer service.
Whilst our room was spacious it felt like it needed a good clean, especially the shower which was quite dirty! Then fridge wasn’t able to be used as it just froze everything, and there was constant noise and a strong stench from renovations, which is fine I understand it needs to happen, it notifying the guests before hand would have been good. The pool also wasn’t able to be used.

My stay hours stay family and I was wonderful we loved it and we will be back
Pros:

I love that we have access to everything from the pool to the gym to the dining area breakfast the staff was outstanding and very welcoming

Cons:

It was clean and nice and inexpensive and access to everything from whatever you want to watch on TV by logging into your own apps no reruns or cheap cable microwave in the room everything was lovely so was the staff I love the staff

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel awhile ago. We needed to come down to the area for a doctor appointment. We moved 4 years ago. Loved the location and Mikala was very helpful when we checked in on Jan 18th . If needed again we will stay again. When checking out on the 19th the front desk helpful giving me number to see how I can sign up for rewards since he was unable to pull up our information.

Pros:

The room was clean. Need bathroom was clean and need the bedding was comfortable in the hotel itself was pretty quiet.

Cons:

The hostess was extremely rude as she is every time I visit with her, also dismissive about my complaint regarding the fourth floor, which I was initially placed on as I explained to her how bad the floor smell her statement was that she is not housekeeping, and I had to ask her several times to move me to another floor. She's always rude
