Strong smelling room
Pros:

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

Our room smelled really bad. It was a very strong smell of cheap cologne that was sprayed into the vents. When we turned the air on it made it even worse. I had trouble breathing and it gave me a terrible headache. We were only able to crack the window a few inches to air it out but it was horrible and made our stay unpleasant.

Disappointed
Pros:

Room was comfortable and bed was comfortable. Good location with easy access

Cons:

Room was not consistently serviced by house keeping . Bed not made dirty towels not removed and replaced. Last night house keeping did not replace plastic cups .
Front desk staff was rude when an attempt was made at 9pm to let them know the room was not serviced.
Manager blamed booking.com for not being able to comp a night for the lack of house keeping service

Great deal, stay, and location
Pros:

It was perfectly located near our sister's home. Easy to get to and it had plenty of parking. The room was large, bright and enough storage. Bathroom was also large, with a counter wide enough to share. Shower was strong too! Breakfast was more than satisfying - plenty of choices and plenty of room.

Cons:

We couldn't adjust the thermostat so it was a bit colder than we liked it. We had to turn it off. But at the least the AC worked well!

A good stay
Pros:

Good location, good breakfast

Cons:

Bottom sheets on king size bed kept coming loose and you ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. We heard for a week and asked for one room clean, although towels were changed and trash cans emptied, the bed sheets were not changed and the bed was not made

Understaffed, underwhelming. Avoid .
Pros:

Location was fine…

Cons:

Totally understaffed …room was never cleaned. Pool had a film on the top of the water. Breakfast was mediocre. Dirty pillowcases. Inefficient refrigerator, actually froze our drinks, which then exploded during the night…
