It was pleasant but frustrating dealing with the front desk.
Pros:

Cleaning staff was friendly. Great location next to restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.

Cons:

Hotel staff did not answer the phones when I called originally booked or when we would call down to the front desk. Couldn’t recommend local attractions but did a good job with their Salem recommendation.

Pros:

Overall wonderful stay from checking to checkout! Staff at the fest and the bistro were all amazing.
Pros:

Location, location, location! We were there for a weekend for a dance competition and it was perfect! Plenty to walk to for lunch, dinner etc. even a paper store, fro yo and a movie theater.

Cons:

A bit overpriced.

We really like the hotel, always enjoy our stay and the restaurant staff is the best. Very friendly and the food is good
