Check in was 45 minutes late and nobody bothered to communicate why, we had to keep asking when are room was ready to be met with it’s not ready… sorry people check out late ?? How is that my problem. We paid for the upgraded suite which we were led to believe was on one of the higher floors but instead we were lumped with a first floor suite with a view of the toilets outside and people frequently relieving themselves in full view of our window. Not quite what we had in mind

We had a fabulous weekend at Renaissance in Paris. Every working stuff was very nice and friendly. Hotel is in a great condition and decoration. Rooms was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The location is very central. Everything was great apart from one problem. We drove to Paris from London. Which was a mistake. Because driving in central Paris is a nightmare. On both ends of the street where the hotel is had a sign Not to Enter. That was really confusing. So it took us 1 hour to figure out how to get to the hotel’s car park. If you are driving to this hotel and want to park inside the hotel. The best thing to do is call the hotel and ask them how to get to their car park.

Best stay we have had in a long time!!! The hotel was so clean, and the staff went out of their way to give us the most fabulous experience. They were so friendly, the concierge was incredible with fabulous recommendations, and the room was beautiful. Even down to the refillable water bottle in the room… I wish every hotel stay was like this!! Absolutely prestine and we will be staying here everytime we come to Paris!

Excellent location, with all cool neighborhoods nearby.
The hotel is clean, and comfortable.
The gym could be better equipped, and a little larger.
Nevertheless it is a very good option, and a decent price for this 5 star hotel.

Very good hotel, with a nice room size. The breakfast it was great, with a good variety of items. The gym is on the small side, but enough for a little cardio. The location is really good, by the transportation right out of the door, very central, close to shops, restaurants and services. Definitely a place to consider in a next trip to Paris.

Brilliant hotel with first class service in a great location that makes it easy to get around Paris. I'd highly recommend especially given the lovely personal welcome from the hotel who left a lovely welcome note and champagne in our room.
